I locked the doors and they are just guests but when I got back to the cafe, all my drinks and meals are gone :(
Another quick tip: if there is a fast chat in your server, have a whiteboard or paper and pencil irl to jot down a customers order if you have a long menu. its rlly helpful and if u want u can just erase it after!

likely because most people are building instead of roleplaying. but its also because the whole "abc" thing, deters some people.
i personally set out an ad in chat, like, "(name of restaurant) is open! (type of restaurant, and whatever side of the map you are on: pizza or burger)". that way im not having people make any effort to come, other than to drive themselves to it. that way coming will be their choice. all they need to know is that your restaurant exists, and its location, and hopefully more people will attend.
@@harpine7427 This is super true for me. If I see "abc to come to my café" I'm immediately repelled from their business. I don't have a problem when someone does it, I just think it's a little childish. If someone makes an ad that describes what their property has, I think that's professional.

In the case of trollers, *just block them*. Making a fuss or fighting with them just fuels them to mess with you even more.

One time someone was being fake to earn my trust at my hotel which had a cafe. He stole all of my display food and the food on my shelves and deleted it and covered my hotel in water when I was afk now I don’t trust anybody
And other tip if they are calling you scammers and stuff just block them on the chat so you won't bother you
Tip: you can hold your food in the fridge stocked up instead of it being in the cabinets its more secured and there is unlimited space, people cant enter your fridge without roomate

8:56 yess exactly, I had this cafe once and it went pretty well until this guy came in and ordered a bunch( LIKE A BUNCH ) of food and I carelessly gave him everything he asked for before even paying and then he left, lesson learned for sure!!
exactly! omg. ive deleted my last food business places, and im hoping to open up one again in the near future. will definitely be making my own menu this time. theres usually too much food on the other decals, or the prices just arent what you want them to be.
my #1 rule for me and my friends when selling anything, is the customer must pay first.

Also you should always lock the door to the kitchen! If your running a bakery/sweets shop/cake shop, I highly recommend use display cases and cake stands. Since only roommate can pick it up.
How to prevent them from going behind counter?
@@juliaalvarez537 not really sure, but I think you can use the new transparent cubes or windows and put them in front of the counter and size them up or down and add a door for roomate, I can try and build one for you but you might need advanced placing
Done, i did! their babies are always the ones taking from my dessert cafe.
they go through the drive thru, i open the blinds to serve them -> they order a plate of something -> my helper brings out the food -> their baby crawls through the kitchen and takes the food when they pay and ask for guest to “eat in” -> they drive off with hundreds of dollars worth in cakes and stuff.
I am sorry, but guests can also pick up the displayed food without or with a cake stand.
@@nptunee2445 is that true? I’ve had my bakery for over 2 years and I’ve tried with many of my friends as guests to try and take the food from the display counter and cake stand. Also there are new display fridges and only roommates can access that.

If you have a big menu i recommend making special of the days so when a customer doesn't know what to order tell them what todays special is
And you can just stock up more of that. I do it for my bakery, works really well!

A common thing I noticed with my restaurant in bloxburg is that it’s almost most of the time the guys who troll and mess up the system in the restaurant D: one time one of the guy players came into my kitchen and stole all my food items by breaking in while I was taking care of another customer. This video really helps!
So maybe we can put blinds on the windows where we serve the food..!

Same :( when I had a hotel I accidentally roommate a guest and they broke into the suite (idk how all the doors were locked) and the suite came with a kitchen. She went in my content and took everything accept for apples and threw it away. :((

This one time I went to a cafe and they had a really long menu which I could barely read because the writing was too small, so I had to go really close to it and zoom in. This video is a perfect example on how to run a restaurant and I think you should limit the food u are selling to about 10. That way it is easier to make the food

I run a McDonald’s and I have many items but there just the same thing but with different names like Big Mac quater pounder regular items and I stocked up
*another thing that helps is if you dont want people going behind the register counter, put a very thin, transparent cube (using the carpet hack) floating across the counter so people cant get through. then you can add a gate on the side and lock it for guests.*

Tips from someone who’s doing cafe business for a long time:
>Firstly, let’s start with the cafe itself. I wouldn’t recommend a drive through as most players in a average server doesn’t know how it works. Or they could simply drive through the wrong way. Even worse, there’s multiple customers at once, when you just took the first order the second one couldn’t wait and budges in line, causing chaos.
I would recommend having a cafe on the first floor and a apartment on the second. So you can boost moods anytime. But don’t forget to make a door for the stairs, and lock it for guests.
Personally, I find delivering it to where ever their at the best. They private chat your order, you make it, and you deliver. No chaos, fast and efficient.
>Menu/kitchen:
-I would recommend hitting level 6 at cooking before starting a cafe, as most players order something that’s a high level food. If your doing a cafe on plot, I would recommend having a menu, make sure to place the prices. Make it the BIGGEST possible. Don’t put it on a canvas, nobody can read it, causing you to chat them the menu instead. For kitchen flooring, I would recommend at least 4x5 if your doing a cafe.
>Prices:
Wouldn’t recommend overpricing it, may start chaos. If your trying to make money, I would say deliver pizzas instead. Cafe isn’t the most money making. But sure is gonna guarantee more fun.
If the food is $20 for 6 slice/pieces, it’s gonna be 3.3(keep going on and on) so probably price it at 4 or 5 EACH.
>Advertising:
For in-plot cafe: (copy and paste this, every 1 minute paste it in chat.) “Come to {cafe name}! Located at {where your side is}.” Simple but good. Don’t brag too much about your cafe, some of those high schoolers would probably mock it.
Delivery: same thing but instead of location put: “I will deliver it to your house!”.
>Dealing with rude customers:
Block, leave, buh bye. If you stay too long there will be players asking “oh what’s happening blah blah” and most likely taking sides. Then they’ll all report you and you get a warning/banned/account deleted. Leave the server, give no chance for them, they’ll probably be angry that they didn’t torture you. So win for you. I suggest having a display name to avoid those smart bullies who wrote your username down to report you anytime. (Your display name will show instead of username. There’s probably gonna be a lot of people using one display name so your account is safer.)

Aren't people ganna search for the username? I mean for example your display name is "Sarah" so the person goes to the Roblox logo and tried to find the name "Sarah" than below that display name it will show your username, unless if the username was made into the game not in ur Roblox acc (sorry if I sound a little bit clueless, I don't play bloxburg cuz im broke so I apologize if some of my questions might be wrong)

I used to own a cafe and it was kinda stressful :/
Even though no one asked, I’m going to try to give some helpful tips on opening a cafe (speaking from experience)!
1. Always hire your friends, never strangers! When I invited my friends to work with me, we had a lot of fun and our cafe operated efficiently. :) However, when I hired random people in the server, it was HORRIBLE. They were rude to customers, they took forever making the food/drinks, and they didn’t listen to my (repeated) warnings.
2. If the cooking station is right next to/behind the counter, add a barrier. Trollers can easily jump through and steal food if you don’t have a barrier, especially if you give the trollers perms before serving them. (Remember to lock the kitchen door if the kitchen and counter are separated!)
3. Personally, I recommend having 1/2 waiters, 1/2 cooks, and 1 barista. If you hire waiters, you won’t need to build a counter and having cooks and baristas will allow customers to be served faster (speaking from experience here!) However, if there aren’t many people in the server (or you don’t have many friends) then it’s just as fine to have only 1/2 workers.
4. Try to find a menu online with reasonable prices or make your own menu! Make sure to place the menu where customers can see it.
5. It’s better to only serve a certain type of food rather than to serve every single food item possible. For example, you wouldn’t see a burger shop IRL serving seafood.
That’s all I can think of for now! If I think of more tips, I’ll add them.

I'm planning on building a cafe called "Kawaii Cafe" which is just sweet based which will have two menus which is food and drink, I plan on having between 8-12 items if possible, might include a todays special thing or holiday specials!

Here are my tips for a small cafe ex,Starbucks,etc.
Try to hire at least 3 ppl (cashier,delivery, and drive thru)
If u don’t get that many ppl in ur shop buy a telephone to either throw a party or invite individual ppl
Try to make an add in the chat for people to come (don’t forget to add witch side ur at)
And with rude costumers try to be nice to them.
Its just the server limit is so low that you dont wanna hire alot of people (Love your tips btw)
So at some point I had a resteraunt, and someone came in, and I guested them because that's basically what you do for resteraunts when people come in, then they didn't order, and started making food. Then I kicked them out cause they wouldn't order and just made food, then they said "is it because im black? " when it was nothing about race, they just came in and made food in a resteraunt, after all that, they just left and someone called me a racist Karen.
Me and my sisters own a cafe on Roblox, it thrives ☺️ We always watch out for people wanting guest and those who try to drop prices, to avoid people that think we’re scamming we get them to pay during or just after the meal. We also have an out house at the back of the plot which is a small three bedroom one bathroom flat with a big office space we divided for work stuff, we love to roleplay and we get so much great feedback from it!! 😌😌

I just started my cafe yesterday and I have trouble talking to people but today I got my first customer! :D I'm so happy ^^
So I have a cafe but thanks to my friends were able to control it here's how
1- one is a cashier (basically you have to pay Before getting food as when I gave food first they always left)
2- 2 people make the food if we run out
3- everyone has a mood station so we show a good cafe personality
4- be nice
My friend and I made a cafe together, and my friend couldn't find a good menu, then she did. It had almost everything in bloxburg for cooking up to level 6 or 7, and two people asked for the whole menu. Now I understand limited menus. Also, wow this is a late comment... I just recently found your channel
This has really helped me with my business as I usually kept making mistakes, forgetting to stock up, selling literally anything, and just pushing myself to much. Thank you!
I have a Starbucks and I always make people pay before getting the food otherwise they scam and run with it. They also say
‘No I always get scammed pls give first I will pay’
and then I just give them a glass of water (which I made free) and they run with that which is really funny.

I definetly reccomend having a team of workers or just your group of friends because me and my 2 friends had to make a BUNCH of food and it was easier because we were all working different jobs for the customers and in general just made our cafe more popular in the server and gave us a lot of money. Always remember to only hire trustworthy people.

I actually use all the items in the fridge but I restock every Friday with 3 of each it only takes a day too! I restock in the cabinets and I cook random items and put them in the cabinets so all the fridge items I've cooked are just for emergency's like If I'm Tired Or Something!

I run a cafe, just like more than an hour ago there were these two customers.. I think they were roleplaying as sisters? They went in to order and started asking for boba even though it wasn’t in the menu 😶 I said “Ma’am we do not sell boba here, please order from the menu.” And then she said “I SAID I WANT BOBA! UGH THE SERVICE HERE SUCKS” And then I was like “I’m sorry maam but please order from the menu” and then she said “OMG! ILL MAKE THE BOBA MYSELF!” And then proceeds to jump over the counter and starts trying to get into the kitchen. Thank god that I remembered to lock the kitchen door before opening 😅 Her and her sister then starts calling me “Granny” and saying that the business sucked. I said “If you guys are going to continue being rude then please leave, we do not tolerate rude customers here”
They just started screaming “OMG THE SERVICE IS SO BAD! YOUR A GRANNY! I CANT EVEN GET A BOBA, THIS PLACE SUCKS”
Also, I had 3 employees! When those girls came all 3 of the employees left at the exact same time 😃 Idk if it was a plan but It was a exhausting experience.
(P.S before I blocked them I disconnected to the game because I was in a car ride- It sucked, now they’ll feel like they’ve won 😶🤚)
But Shoutout to one of the customers that gave me $2k as a tip 😭🤚💕 (they only had to pay $8 for their order)
i always give extra food to people who give tips so they will hopefully come again

Another tip I use: make everything free, then you don’t have to worry about them running away with stuff and there are lots of friendly players on bloxburg that will still donate to you if you act really generous. But I know some of you guys make all your money from cafes, so for you all I don’t recommend this I still do pizza delivery and cafe for fun

I have a 7 eleven in bloxburg, and honestly I don’t even know why I have it. People always steal my food and then leave and when I don’t give them guest they say bad service. I’ve only had 5 good customers, and the rest just are plain rude ruining a rp game.
I made a cafe earlier last year technically, and this helped a lot!

As a person who likes to go out of their comfort zone with creativity i can confirm that running a business in bloxburg is one of the most tedious things in the world the only business i recommend doing if your gonna keep that plot and run that business in the long run is a hotel that has probably been my longest standing business and the reason why i think its good is because you can mix up the prices alot and decide the benefits you get from different priced rooms
Quick disclaimer: if you want to run a cafe go for it just because you read this comment doesn’t mean that you should follow what i am saying so cafe? Go for it restaurant? Go for it! Do what you want when you wanna do a bloxburg business
Yes!! 100% running a hotel and Putting up houses for rent are so much better.
I run a cafe, i only make money through the people that pay extra in tips.
- i make people pay before getting food, lock up stuff, add blinds and what not.
But its very tedious even if you prepared the food beforehand, there is always people who will take up the line and end up scamming with their child or not ordering at all until the other customers leave.
And then the people who pretend to get scammed by my cafe because they payed $1 extra and then saying they want all of their money back though they already ate all of their order.
There are so much cons i could name by owning one, the highlights of my cafe days are when people tip $100-5000 extra because they know owning one is hard or they saw me get scammed, or they wanna pay for other customers, or they saw a rude customer or rude group be mean or rude. they are absolute angels!!
Another tip is to have a hot items section on your menu to make choosing a dish easier for customers 🙂
Another tip is that since you have a kitchen and you store all your food there try to lock your door to the kitchen so people cannot get there

I made an ice cream shop, i usually hire my siblings because they love working for me, i pay them $20 per ingame hour and after serving someone they're the one getting paid by the customer for their order. For moods i made a condo in where they have their own space and can do different things to get their skills up if they would like, there's a gym, theater, library, and more. I don't make any money from it but its nice to see them enjoying it c:

Tip: this works alot for me but have a 4 by 2 room that has storage like cabints!
other tip: u can say in chat for someone to deliver u a certain food and pay them instead of hiring people

Hi! I loved this so much that I wanted to make it and I made it! The tips really helped I only got 2 customers, but one ordered everything on the menu and payed me 10k! Then one person was begging her for money and more people came asking for money and I told them off for just wanting her money and she gave me 5K! I made more money than it cost to build the place because I made a renovated version! Thank you!

Its annoying because SOME people have a cafe or starbucks but still serve everything like burgers. I have a starbucks for only starbucks stuff but people assume I have everything, I even have a menu

there is definitely a lot of trolls! one time i also had a sushi bar and there were these 2 babies and they pretended to be drowning and wanted a lot of my food, and i had to tell them they cant have as much as they originally wanted because we didn't have enough at the time. Another time before that was when me and my friend were playing in her house and these 2 people (trolls) were dressed up as angry birds and they used our stuff and pretended to fart in my tub. they were also so annoying to the point we just gave them roommate too which is how they used our stuff. but eventually we did block them though
I sell everything. Only been mugged once. Business. I hired 2 people they went and got customers. I got my brother to wear hobo clothes and stand at a doorway. We did role-play by telling him to get back in the basement. He told workers and customers to run as far away as possible. Did good for business
Tip: always lock your kitchen door from guests.
Make sure they paid the right amount and that they payed ( some people say they paid and if you were not looking at the screen they may scam you)
