It would be so cool if developers added a way to give people certain permissions for different doors. For e.g say if there's 2 doors, one red and one blue you could give someone permissions by clicking on the door and finding their user or selecting which doors they could use. Although it may be a bit hard to script and keep up with it would be great for business just like that food case stand where u can now lock it. :D

Story time: I have a town with houses for rent, and I rent them for 2k in Bloxburg cash for a rl week. I had this girl, let’s call her Karen, who wanted to rent one. I agreed to let her, and had her pay the welcome fee to make sure she wouldn’t scam. After a week, she said she didn’t want to live there anymore, so I told her that was fine, but she had to pay me, and she didn’t. She proceeded to say she didn’t have to pay, even though I told her she had to because she lived there. She then proceeded to act like she didn’t have to pay it, and hated that I called her a scammer and said she wasn’t one, then proceeded to say to me “b I’m black”. Excuse me, she still didn’t pay, and race had nothing to do with it. After a couple of weeks, she came on to my server and saw my castle build, and apologized, saying that she would pay me back; she then asked if I could adopt her, to which I said no, and that was that for the next few weeks. A few weeks later, she still had not paid me her rent, so I decided to do some digging; I went into her inventory on Roblox, and counted up how much robux she has spent on items, and in the few months she has her account, she has already spent at least $100.00 worth of robux on items. I then decided to confront her about it, and politely said that if she didn’t have Bloxburg cash, she could just buy some with her robux, and pay me that way; she then said “you can’t have those; they are mine”, or something like that. She then “hit” me; after telling her that if she unfriended me, she would have scammed someone, which is against Roblox guidelines, she continued her rant, and I left. A few days later, she JOINED my server, and said “hey scammer where’s my rent”, to which I said “you are the one who owes me rent, Karen. Don’t you know how it works?” She then said that she did, and that I didn’t. This rant went on for a few minutes until she unfriended me, after the fact that part of the server started calling me a Karen; they ended up apologizing and were pretty nice; shoutout to the person that paid for her rent after this incident, you guys show there is hope for Roblox. I have reported her for both bullying and scamming multiple times now, and as of the last time I checked, she did change her username. (I won’t give out her old username because I don’t want to be as bad as her) The moral of the story is to have them pay in advanced before renting.

I would recommend using notepad or word to write down the ground rules then copy and paste it into the chat to prevent you having to write it out each time
I’m on an iPad. I use the notes app and I split screen. Then I copy it, take off the split screen, and paste it. Whenever it doesn’t work, I re-open the split screen and copy it again

once I spent 30+ mins making every Bloxburg food (don’t ask) so I opened a little cafe. someone at first asked me for co owner to “see the layout” I said no. (I should have given her roommate and no budget, but anyways later she broke in and took all the food I cooked for 30+ mins. Then she said she wanted to cook it back for me cause she felt bad. I didn’t think much of it so I said “ok” and she took stuff from my fridge content. And another guy and his Roleplay son stole some other food.
Bro, at that start, I have NEVER seen a hotel design like that. The customers are SO civilised- Never seen that, too. It’s mostly just the trollers that get to you. I’m making my own hotel and here’s the thing: It’s a roleplay hotel for only me and my friends. They get to design some rooms for their OCs. Tbh, it’s going really well! The theme around the outside is: Modern. So far it has a Sauna, Library, Cafe and I’m probably going to add more, soon!

My sister made a town and she does the exact same thing but for the prices, she’s the mayor of her own town so the person who wants to rent a house or apartment she would unlock it. If no one is living in it, she would lock it. She also made a resting area for us too. She added like stores such as a spa(which I made lol), grocery store, gym, mayors office ( not really a store lol), cafe, and clothing store. Just recently, someone when in the grocery store and stole all the stuff when she spent a lot of money and time on making it look organized and nice. am sorry that happened with you , i think it would be the best to have a trusted friend to help you or just work alone if you dont have one, and try not to give them all guest and make tem pay first so less chance of getting scammed edit: dont let people take advantage of you. if they are being rude enough then block them. if they cant accept that its a rp and that they wont get money then .. block them because they are only there for money and not to help neither have fun.
Another ground rule you should have: parents need to watch their kids. a lot of moms will just relax by the pool and completely ignore their kids whilst the kids are just running into rooms and ruining the food you have in the café.
I had a hotel.. whenever I opened it I always experienced it. 3 people asking if they could share a room and I said 1 person per room. They kept spamming “scammer” and they were being really annoying, they did pay and I even gave them back their money.. Even after I gave the people back their money they literally kept spamming scammer. I eventually blocked them from my property and they literally asked one of their friends to come in and spy 🤦♀️ I had to block them too and then all 4 of them were spamming scammer. I used to be an employee for alt o places like this and I was ‘room service’ so I went into rooms after people checked out but I also did every other job and I never got paid and this was me getting a job in a rp so me not getting money from them really sucked because they were supposed to pay me every other day but they never did so I just continued to work there waiting for my pay and it never came. The tip about guesting them after they pay is good for all businesses because I’ve have a lot of businesses And most of the time they forget to pay which beats the purpose of a business

Tip: Make a application and keep it in your mind if anybody wants to work, keep a limit of each rank at the hotel. This is just to make your compony more professional.
Also if it’s a restaurant find a menu or make your own menu that’s easy to remember, and make sure it goes with the theme. You also want to serve only menu items.
Whenever someone comes they always go through the other rooms meeting them up and leaving the TV and lights on to make my bills higher than saying “I want my money back”
Tip for if you are the customer: give them $100-1000 or more tip it makes the workers happy and if you have ever own a business before like cafe then you will know that people eat and then leave or steal the food. So it will make them happy that you gave them big tip after all the times people have stole! However only if you can afford it.

Reason 1 : Bloxburg shouldn’t be free because people can take over, as you see in this video people are taking advantage of doors being opened. Privacy really matters to people and so does it matter to us. People would be sad, mad, angry and possibly annoyed! Reason 2: Bloxburg shouldn’t be free because it could ruin the game. With the amount of graphics and players joining it’d be total chaos! People would be glitchy and people could hack it. People who buy it with robux most likely are not to hack. People who get it for free are MOST LIKELY to hack. Reason 3 : Trollers and raiders joining would be really effective to people’s opinion on Bloxburg! People would be soo annoyed about how people will constantly everyday ask for money. Isn’t that annoying to you? If the game was free. It’d be chaotic. People would break into houses, hacking the game and it’d have a down impact on the creator. Bro, at that start, I have NEVER seen a hotel design like that. The customers are SO civilised- Never seen that, too. It’s mostly just the trollers that get to you. I’m making my own hotel and here’s the thing: It’s a roleplay hotel for only me and my friends. They get to design some rooms for their OCs. Tbh, it’s going really well! The theme around the outside is: Modern. So far it has a Sauna, Library, Cafe and I’m probably going to add more, soon!

My sister made a town and she does the exact same thing but for the prices, she’s the mayor of her own town so the person who wants to rent a house or apartment she would unlock it.
If no one is living in it, she would lock it. She also made a resting area for us too. She added like stores such as a spa(which I made lol), grocery store, gym, mayors office ( not really a store lol), cafe, and clothing store. Just recently, someone when in the grocery store and stole all the stuff when she spent a lot of money and time on making it look organized and nice. She tried to keep calm and she did kick them out and just left.

I was in a cafe and i had my food options out it took me and my friends really long to cook and display them but people took them ALL without paying or paying me back or giving it back, and its so true having businesses are hard :( in the cafe again i had workers and they yelled at my for no reason and were not doing their job right, i dont pay my workers thats why i tell them i dont pay them its for rp only and they got mad because i didn't pay them after i told them i was not going to pay them (also they did nothing at all to help) and were promoting the cafe as bad and someone came over and offered to pay them, then they asked for 10k and one of the girls was not even working at the cafe, i told the girl not to give them the money and explained but the girls were just rude i hate people like this :(
am sorry that happened with you , i think it would be the best to have a trusted friend to help you or just work alone if you dont have one, and try not to give them all guest and make tem pay first so less chance of getting scammed
edit: dont let people take advantage of you. if they are being rude enough then block them. if they cant accept that its a rp and that they wont get money then .. block them because they are only there for money and not to help neither have fun.

I had a hotel.. whenever I opened it I always experienced it. 3 people asking if they could share a room and I said 1 person per room. They kept spamming “scammer” and they were being really annoying, they did pay and I even gave them back their money.. Even after I gave the people back their money they literally kept spamming scammer. I eventually blocked them from my property and they literally asked one of their friends to come in and spy 🤦♀️ I had to block them too and then all 4 of them were spamming scammer. Some people really don’t know the definition of scammer. Eventually me and my friends left the game and joined another server, but ofc someone else came and said it looked ugly and they kept demanding to get permission. I’m like if it’s ugly don’t ask for perms and then they said they’re giving it a 1 star on Yelp even though it’s bloxburg and it’s not irl I-
I used to be an employee for alt o places like this and I was ‘room service’ so I went into rooms after people checked out but I also did every other job and I never got paid and this was me getting a job in a rp so me not getting money from them really sucked because they were supposed to pay me every other day but they never did so I just continued to work there waiting for my pay and it never came. I am trying to say its really nice you are actually paying your employees

This reminds me of Colorado when I went their. It was most cabins and when I asked what one of the people their how much a cabin cost (like house cabin) they said it was $3 trillion 😳
Tip: Make a application and keep it in your mind if anybody wants to work, keep a limit of each rank at the hotel. This is just to make your compony more professional.
Also if it’s a restaurant find a menu or make your own menu that’s easy to remember, and make sure it goes with the theme. You also want to serve only menu items.

Whenever someone comes they always go through the other rooms meeting them up and leaving the TV and lights on to make my bills higher than saying “I want my money back”
TVs and lights don’t affect bills lol
ur bills only go up based on how much ur house is worth, the lights don't change it, so it doesn't matter if the're on or off the whole time.
Tip for if you are the customer: give them $100-1000 or more tip it makes the workers happy and if you have ever own a business before like cafe then you will know that people eat and then leave or steal the food. So it will make them happy that you gave them big tip after all the times people have stole! However only if you can afford it.
I could write a whole persuasive essay on why Bloxburg should NOT BE free, here we go
Thesis : Why Bloxburg shouldn’t be free.
Introduction : Have you ever thought Bloxburg should be free? Have you ever thought about all the things that could happen? Well this is the essay for you. Bloxburg shouldn’t be free because People can take over, it can ruin the game, and the game would have less players who think the game is fun.
Reason 1 : Bloxburg shouldn’t be free because people can take over, as you see in this video people are taking advantage of doors being opened. Privacy really matters to people and so does it matter to us. People would be sad, mad, angry and possibly annoyed!
Reason 2: Bloxburg shouldn’t be free because it could ruin the game. With the amount of graphics and players joining it’d be total chaos! People would be glitchy and people could hack it. People who buy it with robux most likely are not to hack. People who get it for free are MOST LIKELY to hack.
Reason 3 : Trollers and raiders joining would be really effective to people’s opinion on Bloxburg! People would be soo annoyed about how people will constantly everyday ask for money. Isn’t that annoying to you? If the game was free. It’d be chaotic. People would break into houses, hacking the game and it’d have a down impact on the creator.
Conclusion : As you can see, Bloxburg shouldn’t be free because people can take over, it can ruin the game, and it would have less players that think the game is fun. I learned that Bloxburg wouldn’t be as friendly as it is now.
Extra : I didn’t do the essay right (ik) I didn’t have much time but if I had time I’d be supporting lots of reasons.

I remember when I was a kinda new person to bloxburg, I built a cafe and someone asked me to give them roomate perms and as mentioned I was new, so that’s exactly what I did, after that they went into my kitchen took all the food and said, “thanks for the free food loser!! There was this math teacher in a school rp (I'm a student not the owner) She started sending rendom ppl to detention. She even told me to "stop" for asking a question. I then saw the principal and the owner argueing that the math teacher is rude so they replaced her.
