For example, with a certain "modern" style I build, I use dark pink, purple, and/or blue :D btw the only thing i use thats warm with this are tree leaves with dark green and dark brown for the tree trunks (very few times i use linen), sometimes i use warm colors for decor when the light seems to burn the color on an item

When making a mountain/hill house, use the empty space inside the walls you use to make a basement for extra space 5. Use colors that aren't too dull or too bright and try to match them with other colors that look good together 6. Making tiny homes is more efficient and effective in role plays as well as decorating if you don't like a lot of space 7. If you have a million windows, don't be afraid of curtains for extra detail 8. Try and use flat roofs even if you don't think it'll look nice. It may when you try it, and there's always the undo button 9. Try using more closed floor plans. Even if a lot of people use open spaces everywhere in their masterpieces, and maybe you do as well, but test the more closed off floor plans if you're budgeting or have a tiny home 10. Just have fun! A house that costs 20k can look as good as a 200k house if you know how to make cheap items look good together Hope this helped. And I'm not saying I'm a championship worthy builder, but I have a lot of experience in the sims, bloxburg, etc so I can sorta tell what's nice and what's sad looking (not to brag lol)

That way you get your light and keep your eyes. But be careful! When using white or light grey lighting space them out because they're really bright!

My friend has like Multiple floors, Advance placing, basement gamepasses and let me tell you. She still builds square houses 👁👄👁, and i was like “bruh that is ugly af”, but she doesn’t believe me and still continues to build another house made out of square.
Or another tip, if you have multiple floor gamepass, you can make the bottom boxy but try make the second floor with more curves at the front and back. But I think the rest of these are amazing! Keep up the good work! But also if I were to suggest a gamepass it would definitely be advanced placement :)
I defiantly agree, I gotta short story So my friend asked me to build a house for her since she was new- She didn’t have any passes and I got really mad because I couldn’t place the pillars AFTER the walls. Oh so that's why i cant make a second floor for my house, sad. i was struggling on how to make a second floor because it'd look great and all, it's a gamepass, wait, nvm everything about stairs is a gamepass.
Try going on interest in finding layouts like I said, it really really helps. Find the size and amount of rooms you want in your house and then try to copy it almost. Also try not to section off your rooms too much or if you do bridge them together with the door frame that’s open!
Something that she didn’t mention about the stamp tool is that if you use it, then it dosent spend 5+ extra dollars on colors/textures so it’s very very handy if you don’t have much money and have to get back as much cash as possible!! So I really recommend using this for your walls and furniture that you want to keep texture and coloring the same (I hope this was useful information!! Find the cheapest spending habits trust me it can save you thousands of dollars for those small secrets ❤) (also sorry it was so long 😅)

4:07 The grid size really helps. I have advanced placing and when I use both of them I can do some nice building stuff. It’s so much easier to change the grid size.
On my fireplaces, I always put little photos. In my actual living room, we don't put our TV on the fireplace because our TV is really expensive and our fireplace isn't very safe for a heavy TV. We put a large family photo on the fireplace, and in bloxburg I take pictures with my irl friends to put on the fireplace.

1:27 I feel like if your good at building like realistic houses you can build a box house. It not that bad, all of my houses have been boxy. Just like me, I copy irl houses from pictures on Zillow, make sure you have a plan and it’s not open because that will suck.

i always use the undo and redo buttons, learned form my bestie lol. she pressed the undo button while us and our other bestie, was doing a build battle. i’m like why you do that? she like, it help me save money. and ever since that day, i’ve been doing the same thing. sometimes i forget and delete, but i press the undo/redo buttons mostly.

4:07 The grid size really helps. I have advanced placing and when I use both of them I can do some nice building stuff. It’s so much easier to change the grid size.

On my fireplaces, I always put little photos. In my actual living room, we don't put our TV on the fireplace because our TV is really expensive and our fireplace isn't very safe for a heavy TV. We put a large family photo on the fireplace, and in bloxburg I take pictures with my irl friends to put on the fireplace.

I have a tip: make a not to small but not to big exterior that u want, then if it’s to small expand it
For the ‘Change the grid size’ tip, I always have to go back to my friends houses for her windows, because they’re always different height and spaces apart, I just really hate that the windows are never centered :/
I think I make my houses too small becuase when people come in to my house there like “THIS IS TOO smAlL ILL MAKE YOU HOUSE REAAAALLLYYYY BIG”

Yesss use the redo and undo buttons I figured this out yesterday and it helped me save so much time and money
Like I wanted to delete the door but I deleted the wall instead redo it so you don’t have to spend that extra money on it yk ?
My tip is to practice using a house you know (such as the one your living in, if your living in a condo/apartment, use the house you grew up in)
Her: making nice houses
Me: finally, finished with my gray square!
Dont make blocky (something like that) houses
Me: HMMMM what about a hexahon house
Me after: Y'know what ima stick with square houses
