I just made this recipe in my kitchenaid bread maker, so good. I love it. Thank you for sharing.
I always make the dough in the machine then place in a bread loaf and bake in oven it works for me better and done like the shape the bread machine makes.
This guy is amazing! I was too lazy to read my instructions. Much better than my own recipes. Thanks for making it so simple! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🍞🍞🍞
lol glad this was better than your instructions
Thanks I made this bread for my mother who was not feeling well after she did a surgery
I hope she’s feeling better and doing well!!! Hopefully she enjoyed it Gabriel

Lol now that’s the best endorsement ever 😃 thank you!
Mr Bread Baker, oh you’re welcome :) yes, I have a request: we would love a video from you on how to make crusty bread rolls, German style! Thank you!
@@estheranni7725 you are definitely in luck!!! I have a good friend/neighbor who is German and we had that for dinner at their house and I asked for the recipe. Let me work on it and try it a few times so it’s perfect and I’ll put it up for you 😃
Mr Bread Baker, thank you so much, that is “wunderbar” 😊
We tried it very tasty
We love your videos. Have you made sour dough bread in your machine?
Thank you so much! No I haven’t made sourdough in the machine, it’s just that to get a really good sourdough you have to do it in the oven. It’s not much work at all just letting that go sit long enough to rise and activate. It’s really super easy you should definitely try the regular method for sourdough
I went ahead and bought one on Amazon it will be here here Monday it said
I hope you love it as much as I do Kathy!
I love that you are using the Ghee:)
Thank you so much Vishakha!!! It really makes a big difference I love ghee.
@Living Life in Hawaii it definitely is a different richer flavor. If you can't find it in any stores near by, it is not too hard to make. It just took me a few tries before i got it down
Can you please say when exactly it's ok to remove the paddle? Is it after first raise, 2nd? Or when exactly? And how to do it? Do I remove dough on a cold counter, or better plate or cutting board? Is there a need to roll the dough with hands before putting back (for better effect)? I just can't find anywhere, when exactly it's ok to remove that paddle and how to treat the dough when doing it. Thanks in advance!
Hi, yes you take the paddle out of the pan before the loaf bakes just before its final rise (2nd one). The best way is to take the dough out and place on surface that isn't cold, just remove the paddle and reshape back in to ball after removing. You may need a tiny bit of flour on your hands so its easier. Hope this helps!
I bought this machine and tried it twice. My bread came out so heavy! I had a bread machine years ago but never baked with it…just did the dough cycle and baked in the oven. Was great. What am I missing?
What can I use instead of dry powdered milk? Thanks for the video :)
I use a little bit of kefir actually and it turns out beautifully. Also have made it with garlic butter and that was also fantastic!
garlic butter for sure your right
How do I get my bread to rise more? I'd like it to get to the top of the pan and it won't.
What can I substitute for the powdered milk?
Does this have a good Recipe Book?
It’s actually a really good starter book to help you get familiar with some basic recipes. I definitely recommend it
Hi! I recently bought a cuisinart bread maker from a previous owner. We have tried to make bread twice & both times failed ☹️. We live in Colorado, and it’s high altitude area, so we made the adjustments & still not good. We’re not sure if it’s the machine itself or us? Any suggestions? Thank you! By the way, enjoyed your video!
Any luck?
Please tell me what active dry yeast do you use please 😊
Do you have trouble with the bread being dry on second day? What can I add to make a moister bread?
I wrapped my bread in plastic wrap and wait to cool down. Then, I slice the bread and storage in a ziploc bag
How it should look... OR... what it should look like
I dont think you said how much granulated sugar though.
How much sugar
I wonder if it’s simple
Can I make this bread recipe in a 1lb tin in a normal oven?
Yes
1.5 flour 1 cornmeal 1 sugar. That’s 29% sugar!
How much granulated sugar? Lol
Kinda blurry
Sorry about that , it was one of my first videos before I got a new camera
Video ingredients does not match the written recipe!!
So sorry for that I updated the ingredients listed, I must have written down a different recipe accidentally. I apologize
Terrible lighting, your face is in the dark. Bad sound quality, you sound far away. Measuring cups made a racket. You need to let the cooked loaf cool on a rack. I would have come back to show the inside of the loaf. You have a nice personality and a pleasing deep voice.
