You need battefortesses filled with a seal and w/ 2 GIs and 2 Grd-GIs or just 4 Grd-GIs surrounded with mech-filled IFV to repair on the spot. Since building space is limited build more barracks and attack with personel or even battlefortesses to eliminate the competition. On thr naval front it would be Aegis cruisers and dolphins (tons) for island defence. Maybe more harbors and barracks. But I am not far into your video.

so you dont have to redeploy the soviet garrison to apply the promotions and you gotta use that "G" hotkey to gaurd certain areas. you the best regardless.
