EASY AVAL MIXTURE (POHA CHIVDA)

Easy Aval Mixture or sweet and spicy poha Chivda is a quick healthy snacks that can be prepared in no time. This mixture is a sweet, spicy and sour mix of flavours that can be always modified as per your tastes. I have already shared the less oil version in blog, check the link below if needed. In that recipe, I have used thin poha but in the video, as it is deep fried so have used thick poha for that super crunch. Try this out.
The ingredients in video recipe -
thin poha (aval) 3 cups
peanuts 1/2 cup
dalia 1/3 cup
raisins 1/3 cup
almonds 1/4 cup
cashews 1/4 cup
sliced Coconut 1/4 cup
green chillies 2-3, cut
curry leaves 2-3 sprigs
spice mix
crushed fennel seeds 1 tbsp
chilly powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 3/4 Tsp
amchur powder 1/2 Tsp
powdered sugar 2.5 tbsp
black salt 1/2 Tsp
regular salt 1/4 tsp
oil for frying
