The scene with his daughter falling into the sea of aliens, and the slow motion and him diving down. Beautiful, the color contrast, the music, her facial expression. * chefs kiss*
They can develop any other weapons except poison because time flows like a river like the guy said. You can't travel a bit back before they started to arrive, you can only travel at the point of where the jump line was established and to the day where it still exists. Take a line, you at the beginning of the line can only travel towards the end of the line according to the law of time in this movie. You can't go in between and half way
The film was pretty good. A good Saturday afternoon movie! And JK Simmons! That dude is 66yrs old! To paraphrase Morty from Rick and Morty:" what is it with all old guys being jacked?!!"😆
26:56 was my exact reaction 😂🤣.. Actually, this whole reaction was pretty much my reaction 😂😅 I loved this!!! It was so stressful up til the last 5 minutes... the whole time I could see 3 ways this ended: the actual ending, '12 monkeys' style, or self-fulfilling prophecy... and I was there for them all!!
The quiet place, cloverfield monsters put together along with the speed of the damn bugs in starship troopers. I saw this shit I was like “30% return ain’t bad going against those” 😅
Watched it last night. I was impressed. Chris Pratt nails it. The plot, writing and acting was all great. The action was really awesome, and the cinematography was amazing, especially in a few of the action sequences. I'm glad they didn't overexplain the rules of their time travel as that often can cause a movie based around that concept to be confusing. They kept it simple and that's good. Honestly I'm a little dissapointed it is only on amazon, cause it's a movie I'd gladly pay to see on the theater screen.
small groups of 40+ yrsold unorganized civillians with only hand weapon ( and ammo for half -hour combat ) - its best way to win this war ( near 200-300 ppl in one jump one day of week ) the war in which , let me remind you ,that all of humanity has already died all 7 billion along with all weapons and professional military personnel
@@sergt3853 the way they dropped just about anywhere and from so high had me cringe every time they made a time jump.no wonder almost nobody made it back.that drop off was insane!
Thanks, Timothee! I finally got around to streaming this one. I like that it tried to be just a bit more than a mindless action flick. It worked for me (and, like you, I adore stories that deal with temporal mechanics)! 👍🏼
I want to point out a couple of thing @timotheereacts 1. You like Zach Levi right? He played Shazam. He acts in a series called Chuck with Yvonne (older Muri) she is Awesome in that series. Their chemistry is excellent. 2. The guy that referenced Will Smith when everyone landed in Miami, was more tban likely referring to Will's song "Miami" Loved this movie by the way.
The movie was a great entertainer! Also there is possibility of a sequel if you noticed the aliens (whitespikes) were just cargo of other main aliens whose spaceship just crashed here. So there maybe some part of the spaceship were other alien escaped or something. And also as always great reaction;Keep it up! 👍🏻
In my head canon the wightspikes were zoo animals being transported by a class 4 alien civilization to be released back on there home planet so that basically means the wightspikes didn’t nearly destroy human civilization because they were intelligent but because they were an invasive species and the aliens didn’t intervene because they wanted to see what happens
So it's just me with the acting crush on Yvonne Strahovski? She elevates every role she takes. Love that she went back to her action roots for this. Also: 3:12 hehe
hi tim awesome reaction video👏👏👍👍and for me also first time warching the tommorow war so i need to grab my snacks so we can watch this movie toghether🍿👍and chris pratt he is a Amazing actor in the mcu and in the jurrasic world movies and if you want to see more Chris pratt movies check this movies out the lego movie passengers and the pixar movie onward🎬🎥👍
This movie was everything I wanted Army of the Dead to be and it succeeded with Flying colors. My jaw was on the floor,my heart was beating with every tense moment, the score had me terrified and pumped, the set pieces were money well spent, and my god the villians In this movie were fantastic. That final death on the Female honestly ranks up with the original Predator 1/2 and Aliens Queen villian deaths in just how goddamn pesky, formidable, ferocious and hard to put down it was, leaving its death all the more satisfying to witness. 8/10,what a blast.
Tomorrow War is better than recent releases Without Remorse and Infinite. Which isn't saying much. I'm actually impressed by the creature's. Probably the best execution of the film. The rest not so much. I can't stand the muzzle flashes. Without Remorse was the same way. They come off so hollow and fake.
Next select The Raid And The Raid 2 Indonesian movie please ... iam waiting for u r reaction please it's a request. Don't ignore it buddy please must watch it's a full of action movie please please must watch please 🙏😊
Not a bad movie. I tried to ignore the military errors which can be explained because of time travel but what me laugh was the man's title. Department of Defense Secretary. It's actually Secretary of Defense. Look forward to the sequel when it is made.
Took me a while to pin it down . . . this movie does all the mechanical stuff, makes money, generates profit, interest - but I just feel like every iota of it from the actors to the writing and the SpecFFects was done on the philosophy "If we don't entertain, we're nothing. If we don't get you invested - if you don't care - it doesn't count." It's the first new movie that's gotten my blood up and taken a load off my shoulders since before the #Cuckoodemic. All the 'grand, important, revolutionary' crap that #Hollywonk is coming up with these days interests and motivates me about as much as a lecture on the electrostatic behavior of dust. If that makes me shallow, childish and stupid, #SoBeIt .
It was a great watch and then completely forgettable. Watched it yesterday morning and can’t quote anything out of it or remember any of the details of any scenes. I’ll quote the shit out of Starship Troopers, Speed, Die Hard, or Robocop for you though!
All of those movies about the same level as this one. A younger generation watching will remember this like you remember those. Lines in this movie every bit as cringe as "you wanna live forever?" and "yippee ki aye, mf" such as that father- daughter moment ending with "100% bond!"
The movie was too long it didn't know what it wanted to be whether it is edge of tomorrow, a quite place or starship troopers. Also how do you waste Betty Gilpin gave her nothing to do.
The action sequence were good, but the plot is ridiculous and does not make any sense... There were some good lines but the humor did not really fit. Here's my rant: It was impossible to get invested in the film cause nothing made sense, the characters (and the world?) were making so many bad decisions. Why would not they try to stop the war from happening in the first place with the info from the future? Why send untrained civilians from the past to fight aliens when trained military in the future could not do it? And how the fuck could the humanity be beaten by creatures who were in the end killed by an explosion? I mean evacuate civilians and drop a bomb on the place they first attack and you're good to go. The time travel was so incoherent and inconsistent... Also, the decision to "do the work themselves" in the end was so ridiculous, once they have found the ship, it was do stupid and dangerous to try to kill them directly. It would have made more sense if this reckless action to "kill them by ourselves" was actually the thing which would have awaken the aliens and start off the war. Still, some of the scenes were indeed cool but big budget action scifi movies have to be better with scenario and dialogue... They can pay for a good scenarist!
