I still think Twisted Helix is the best creed with +1S and +2 on advance and charge. rock cutters generally are wounding troops on 2+, but against T8 its 4+, at least with Twisted Helix thats 3+ wound on T8 Bit more mathammer needed to really understand which are best 😄
I don't mean to be rude, but do you play GSC? Most of your information is incorrect. Rocksaws are not the best weapon in the codex, Cutters right now are. TH is not the best cult, at all. How are mining lasers not impactful as you think? With that logic neither are Rocksaws. Mind control is terrible for 2 reasons a) 12" range b) having to beat high leadership on the models you want to use it on. It's weird you haven't mentioned MfB, Stimulus or even Mutagenic Deviation given you like TH. A perfect Ambush is no where near the power level of Lying in Wait, given how we don't play mostly around deepstrike in 9th. 1CP gives you +1 cast every round for the Magus, the familiar gives you an extra cast once per game. And most importantly, MSU is not our forte.
Hi, thanks very much for this and it's good to have comments giving more detail so people can read and get a broader picture than just my own. I don't play GSC as a faction but dabble with Nids. I've also done lots of research before making this video as I always do but I'm no expert, just try my best 😊 I guess this isn't exhaustive as I like to keep my content to short easy to consume lengths. I'm looking forward to the Shadow Throne box and new codexs.
@@SimplyWarhammer Like i said I wasnt trying to be rude, but there's a LOT of GSC content popping up on youtube recently, probably due to the wave of interest with the new codex and quite frankly, most of the information is wrong. If you ever need accurate information, ask in the GSC discord or the subreddit (although a ton of people have incorrect assumptions there too) because whoever told you all of this, has never played the army successfully. Sorry I appreciate the effort you have put in, but it's very frustrating to see a lot of new content pop up and share with new players incorrect information.

I had various sources as you can imagine, I though Zara Kane stuff was good if a bit too much swearing for warhammer lol. Perhaps you'd be keen in a colab to set the record straight / produce something truly useful?? 😁
I've only got a small number of GSC units but might have a try with them in a detachment this sounds cool

It's a good point, they are -1 to hit but I like the insta-kill ability.. defo a faction better in melee 😄
