I took a squad of troupes in my last game because I got a shadowseer in my last purchase of a lot of bits, and it wasn't till I got them into melee that I realized how apt it was to compare them to Howling Banshees this edition. They were wiped by a squad of legionaries after taking out a few noise marines.
LOVE Harlequins! Great Video. They're much better than anyone expects. Just need a little craftworld help. Been playing them for months now and having a great time.
Taking a few Falcons with them I find really ups their toughness. Throw in maybe a D cannon support unit too for more -1s on strong enemy units. Maybe even if your feeling zesty some wraithspiders or something. I find harlequins work best when they make up around 3/4 of the list with a few little bits from aledari to round them out again. Those falcons really provide more toughness for some units and the better shooting they provide make the shuriken pistols and fusion pistols quite deadly in close range shoots.
I'm not sure either I can't seem go get Troupe to be considered battleline! I used the GW app which works when you male the Troupe Master the warlord. You could just ignore the max 3 unit warning in battlescribe?
@SimplyWarhammer target vehicles with sky weavers and don't split fire take out the big threats early and use troops to play mission/objectives in my opinion how I use my orks and admech and seems to pay off Speeds your one go to with HQuinns
well me olny see em played in vids fore dawn of war MODS but as models did some back when and yes had do it the altement look fore em yes the clown price crime the joker welll tuck inspation from the 1990s cartoon and timbirten film bat man if going do a crime as clown migt whell do as the joker dam the copy wright BS but i hope you do ues in the turny and do great shud be fun to see
