I already saw a doctor to bunk this and once I actually thought about it hes right you need specifically cellular acid but an acid to really fight pimples an acne and the minute he added the baking soda he introduced a base and the minute he added the vinegar he introduced an acid those would have neutralized each other and made the solution neutral which would have been completely counterproductive the only thing good about that solution now is that it has honey in it which has antibacterial and microbial properties.

Hey guys, I don't mean to put him down in any way. But please be careful of following "diy" or "natural" recipes, some of them can be harmful. So I encourage you to do your research before trying anything. It's fine if your skin to touch baking soda if you're cleaning etc. but applying it directly to the skin, and especially consistently is not healthy because it destroys the top layer of your skin, leads to water loss and dehydrated skin, and causes irritation. It's the same case with vinegar where it's not good to purposely apply to your skin. Vinegar is extremely strong and too acidic (not in the good skincare way), it disrupts the moisture barrier, and causes chemical burns. If you are looking for a healthy natural solution, I would recommend looking up herbal remedies for acne, or whatever natural diy you are trying to do.
Vinegar and baking soda makes nothing but sodium acetate and water which both has nothing to do with anti microbial or stop acne. The only thing it can do is create food for promoting more bacteria growth which means more acne , sticky face and ants paradise.

I love your channel but I have to say that I have a better idea. However it only works when pimples are just starting. Crush a bit of chalk and add 2-3 drops of water. Put that paste on the pimple. Max 4 hours and it's gone.
Apple cider vinegar we use it in a spray bottle for our skin . Mosquito 🦟 insect repellent, itchy rash, .. and you can spray it on your salad 🥗 at the same time
As a acne survivor I don't approve this.. pimples aren't joke like you can't put anything on your skin and expect it to work and make the pimple go away.. You need dermatologist when you have pimples.. nothing else can fix you.. It takes months of benzoyl peroxide to heal our skin and you're just saying applying this DIY stuff to our skin will make pimples go away?

Drink lots of water. Never wash your face with soap. Cold showers only. When you dry your face, pat with towel don’t smear it. Whenever you eat something with sugar/butter/nuts drink more water to prevent pimples and acne from forming.
