Dom and Letty Ortiz are on their honeymoon in Havana Cuba when a hacker named Cipher blackmails Dom into turning evil! He’ll have to go against the family (also against Deckard and Shaw) to do her bidding. The Fate of the Furious is an absolutely insane movie that proves that the Fast and Furious franchise has gone completely off the rails. From zombie car attacks to nuclear missiles, things have gotten pretty nuts.

Amazing how in the span of less than 24 hours, he got drunk, wrote a 120-page script, contacted his old physics teacher, who responded immediately with a restraining order, and managed to get to work on time to pitch this movie.
Actually, it was super easy, barely an inconvenience...😉

I just love how the producer will give the writer the third degree about some plot hole and show a real grasp of logic, and then he shifts into a mode where he's blitheringly oblivious, and yet you feel it really is a consistent character-I think that's a big part of what makes these so fun!

These pitch meetings, over 100 already, are the best things about most movies.
I started watching it halfway for around 30 minutes until i got to the submarine and ice scene and had to switch the channel quickly before i kept losing braincells.
Man, I binged these while I writhed in malaise from the 2019 flu and it really helped me get though it. Now I don't think I can go two hours without hearing Studio Exec Guy describing something as 'TIGHT!'. This series is pure brilliance.
