The fact that Saenchai makes seasoned pros who are probably a decade younger than him look like amateurs is a testament to just how incredible this man is. Absolutely one in a generation.
@@ezraabbey It's not fair to say the other art is "another level", I think they're both built for their rulesets, MMA striking is slightly weaker in pure stand up, just because the stance is taking into consideration double leg takedowns, etc. and MT fighters have only focused all their time on stand up since there is no ground game. We saw this perfectly in the Rodtang V. DJ match as an example. MMA is a more complete martial art and there isn't an argument for that. I have huge respect for Muay Thai though, imo best striking martial art.
@@unknownentity8256nowadays it’s more about high level striking and high level grappling alot of gets caught up in styles alot of mma fighter are out striking others Dj rodtang and Frannis fury
@traceurs619As someone who does MT, I disagree. You're bringing up blades to fit your own biased narrative and make up your scenario. If I brought up guns, then both styles are useless. If I brought up a long staff or a baseball bat, then muay thai is the worst option
@traceurs619 Well yes you need to have both, I'm sure a MMA guy can kick knee elbow everything and do just fine as well. Thing is most fights end up on the ground eventually, but sure in a group setting you'd likely just want to run. Also it's not necessarily certain one lowkick would break someones femur tbh, assuming same weight and no conditioning, sure most likely.
Seeing these two trading punches and kicks is like watching two gentleman trading ideas or thoughts. Im not martial arts pro, but it seems that both are very respectful in trading deadly kicks and punches. So entertaining to watch
It's wild how even at this age, Saenchai looks like he's barely trying but still outclassing an elite level striker.. just shows how there's levels to this game.
Usually Saenchai is on the receiving end of people who go hard in sparring. Guram is holding back while Saenchai throws hard kicks. Great session anyway. Looking forward to their next fights.
They're not hard kicks at all for someone with a conditioned body. They're fast but he ain't putting any weight behind them at all. Controlled sparring imo.
Geez, Saenchai looks ready for war here lol. I guess he's been training pretty seriously for the fight with Buakaw indeed. Playful as always but the intensity is different.
It's like 2 good buddies just having a nice friendly session. The fun, friendliness, and humility is just through the roof here. Much respect! 🤟

I mean you can't compare mma striking to muay thai. MT fighters are on a whole other level, and saenchai is one of the best

He is the Yoda of martial arts. Small and old but strong and knows every technique in the book. Hell, he wrote half the book
Guram is good but Saenchai still got it 🔥🔥
Tum yaha bhi tum Muay Thai ke fighters ka analysis to nahi karten
@@filmyman935 Haan Bhai abhi nahi karte, jese channel grow karega to aur leagues jese one FC aur martial arts jese Muay Thai b cover hoge 💯
Guram is a very nice guy.
Greeting from Georgia ✊Love to see these two together

@@PeanutButterCoffeeBread he might’ve said that too lol. Saenchai switches between Thai and English a lot when he’s sparring loudly 🤣

What does „Sai bai“ mean?
Sai Pai = Left kick, Kwa Pai = Right kick
Go left (punch or kick)
Means relax
@@bryant8520nah that’s “sabai”, it’s a different word and common phrase
@@bryant8520 That's sa-bai = relax
What he said was "sai-pai"
Sai = the left
Pai = go
Which means the left go(attack)!!!
The next time come with your friend KHAMZAT CHIMAEV
no.
Nobody cares about Khamzat anymore 🤣🤣🤣
