You're kidding, right? They cut the scene before they started giggling, and if the sheet of paper didn't fall, they regained their composure and went on with the take. If it did fall, somebody put it back on and they resumed acting. Then, with the magic of EDITING (note that the shot cuts back to Leonard) they had a whole scene put together.
It seems like it's shot in D-Log which makes videos appear washed out, but I think that's intended because they have more possibility later with editing, rather than shooting in normal color

But that's the general point they were trying to get across.
