Hey, that exactly what you can do, go through the circuit second time, 30 min workout is decent enough to get you closer to your goals and keep you fit. I wanted to add few shorter workouts that can be useful for busy parens who have under 30 minutes to train, so with proper warm up and stretch, 15 min workout is about right. More longer workouts coming too

I may have been able to use the 24kg but wasn't sure about how my shoulder would feel as it was pretty tight and fatigued. I figured using 20king (45lb) would have been the safer choice, got a good sweat in
