    This was great. To be honest, I really miss these longer workouts you used to do. Sometimes I just double up on the 15 minute workouts but just doesn't feel quite the same. With that say, I'll take what I can get. Keep up the good work!

      Hey, that exactly what you can do, go through the circuit second time, 30 min workout is decent enough to get you closer to your goals and keep you fit. I wanted to add few shorter workouts that can be useful for busy parens who have under 30 minutes to train, so with proper warm up and stretch, 15 min workout is about right. More longer workouts coming too

      Great work Carlos. Well done for going through this session. P.S. You dont have to train every day, generally I would suggest 2 days "ON" 1 day "OFF" (maybe if feel strong then 3 days "ON", but make sure that you have recovery days too)

    This was a fun workout, I used my 45lb kettlebell as I played basketball earlier in the afternoon. I may have been able to use the 24kg but wasn't sure about how my shoulder would feel as it was pretty tight and fatigued. I figured using 20king (45lb) would have been the safer choice, got a good sweat in

    Thats a killer.. I adjusted the rep to be 5 rep all ex.. With 20kg KB.. Almost died..
    Enjoyed and satisfied at the end tho... What an achivement.. I tought i could not finish it..

    This was absolutely MISERABLE. But I'm officially down 30lbs since September and the biggest strides in progress have been since I completed your first 20 days and now day 5 of this cycle. Looking forward to day 6!
