Welcome to the tron. Take it from someone who grew up there and attended waikato uni. It always rains Hamilton is in fact one of the wettest cities on the planet. Lol😂
Haha…but bonus of Hamilton is you only just over an hour away from Mount Maunganui, Rotorua, Auckland and Raglan

At the risk of talking Politics Liz, if NZ Loyal get in,which I am praying they do, everything will be wonderful for everyone,and I can see your private group growing massively due to all the taxes being dropped,and only a1% tax per transaction. Imagine people wanting to move here without all those stresses, you're going to be very busy my friend.
New Zealand is a low tax developed country. 35th out of 38 in the OECD.
I am actually in favour of a FT tax. But the narrative that we are taxed highly is a nonsense. We are no1 in the world for ease of starting up a business.
@barrynichols2846 NZ Loyal is going to change that, zero tax in Income, stopping 8 taxes in favour of just 1.
