The way Suisei talks about her outfit got me thinking... we all know that games these days have character designers to create the characters, how they look, and all that. There is plenty of concept art, sometimes in a game's gallery, showing us all this. But the outfits. Outfits should be created by a separate person, with a degree in fashion design, to design the clothes that in game characters will wear so they would fit them better and it compliments their look.

Gotta say... S/V's Gym Leaders and Elite 4 aren't that dapper when it comes to attire, but the meaning behind their outfits is a lot more relevant. In the case of the Elite 4, they look so much more professional, and you can't help but respect them because they're 'dressed to impress' at all times and evoke a feeling of "This Trainer's isn't just a second-fiddle cosplayer. He/she is a working individual and is also badass in PKMN battles." Long story short, Rika is cute and I like her that way so I agree with Suisei's fangirling behavior. xD
