Bandwidth control feature mixing on this router which is so much useful, over all QoS is waste useless feature when you want to control specific device bandwidth feature.
DPI means (dots per inch) and is related to images. Home router do not cover miles their coverage is in Sq Footage. The AX3000 can cover up to 1500 Sq Ft.
@@talhalmtalhalm5704 You asked what is the DPI a router does not have DPI because DPI is a measurement related to images usually printed. For instance a print could have a DPI of 300 meaning for every inch it has printed an image in 300 dots. I was letting you know that DPI is not a measurement used for a router.
Use WDS mode, if the router has it. Its either in the wireless settings under the advance menu or in the System parameters under the advanced and system tools menus.
@Oxidins Well the router would be connected to the modem via ethernet to give the router the internet signal. As for the PS4 Wired connection with Cat5e or higher is always going to be the fastest connection. The original PS4 only had 2.4GHz wireless which is caped at 100 Mbps and the Pro does have 5GHz which can achieve higher speeds but speed and latency increase the further away you get.
I would be holding back on splashing cash on any wifi 6 routers at the moment. Wifi 6e is only around the corner and apparently current Wifi 6 routers wont support 6e (which has the exclusive 6GHz band).
@@firstgamer4214 The capabilities are built into the adapter not the computer so all you need to do is look for any adapter in your specific price range that states AC, AX or dual band in its description. For us one of our better adapters is the Archer T2U plus. In the U.S. its about 15-18 dollars so not too expensive.

TP-Link I don’t have a modem just a router,,,it just plugs in to the line coming in to my house,,,reason I’m asking is because the WiFi around and upstairs in my home is very poor and can’t get any WiFi in the back bedrooms
@@explorewithant It would really depend on the service and the provider then. In most cases where there is no modem its a ethernet jack on a wall connected to an ONT. if this is the case you should be able to swap the TP-Link router in for the virgin media one but its its a different connection type then likely that Virgin media device is a gateway and also acts as a modem.

yea, bought it. intel soc normally wont failed user satisfaction, like it much. :)

Why do not have bandwidth control on Archer C6?
Because the Archer A6 has QOS
What is the DPI and how many miles it can cover ❓

Thank you and sorry for disturbing , I was asking because my router is wavelink and it has 10 dpi that why I was so curious! 😇

My ac500 tplink router range suddenly shortened over night, what should I do to rectify the problem @tplink
Can I also use it as a range extender?
No the Archer AX3000 and Archer AX50 do not support a native RE mode or WDS bridging. The product therefore cannot be used as a range extender.

How much square footage does it cover
Because every home is different its difficult to say, but around 1500 Sq Ft should not be a problem.
How much price?

Where do I get it😩
Depends on your region. This channel is for the US region so if you are here you can find it on Amazon

How would I use this,,I’ve got a virgin media router from my internet provider
Well if you also have a modem from your ISP you could simply swap the AX3000 in for the Virgin media router.
