Loved using airbrushes like this at my first art job in the 70's at a TV station in the art department there. I learned so much hands on techniques like airbrushing, that art college never touched upon. It was the best!
I remember using airbrushing techniques in art class. The finesse it takes to both control the stream coming out, keeping your arm straight while writing, and adjusting the distance to get some of those effects....

What’s the best airbrush paint to use on fabric on light or dark?
Depends on the color but over all createx is good also i haven't painted any t-shirts in years so maybe there's something better nowadays

What size needle are you using that the lines are so thin and fine?
How did you get the blue paint to show up on the shirt without white first
Hi how do you make the white paint come out so vibrant against a black t-shirt? I have tried many well known brands of paint with a bottom feed 0.5 mm airbrush at 10psi right up to 80 psi, tried different ratios of thinning the paint and white paint just fades? Do you prep the tshirt first? Like spray a clear coat or what? I dunno.
I'm old school back then it was srtait aquaflow with maybe a tad of retarder to keep buildup off the tip you still need to pick it sometimes but that only takes a sec to do maybe there's something better nowadays

I don't see them answering comments but that's most likely a paasche VL with a #3 tip and needle i did this for a living many years and places it's commonly used on t-shirts
