  • In collaboration with UNICEF, we are proud to have hosted a series of impactful events during and immediately following the International Yoga Festival at Parmarth Niketan where over 1400 people gathered from 75 countries. Through using this platform we emphasising our joint commitment to Routine Immunisation (RI) and climate action, aiming to leverage the platform of the Festival as an opportune space to communicate and advocate for health and wellness, to promote our vital initiatives which address raising awareness on Routine Immunisation throughout India.
A prominent exhibition stall was secured at the International Yoga Festival, strategically positioned at the entrance of the exhibition area to engage the over 1400 festival participants and many visitors as they arrived. The exhibition stall also proved to be an important location for undertaking group sensitisation on Routine Immunisation where GIWA’s Vandana Sharmaji shared detailed overviews of the importance of Routine Immunisation to support a holistic view of health that was inclusive of all.
On the 15th of March (the day directly following the conclusion of the International Yoga Festival), during Pujya Sadhviji's birthday, a Swasth Seva Mahotsav was celebrated in Mayakund an underprivileged community in Rishikesh with the divine presence of Pujya Sadhviji through which a holistic medical camp and langar was held to serve the community and celebrate our efforts to ensure that we reach full vaccination in underserved communities.
