Mine was made by a different gunsmith however... a KJ Phillips).. My favorite piston of the dozen or so I own from all kinds of top brands.,

My first semi custom gun was a used Nighthawk Falcon. The salesman I bought it from told me, "your (shooting) life will never be the same again, once you buy this Nighthawk." And, he was 100% on target. I now own 10 Nighthawks, and when someone asks me how many do I need, my answer is always "Just one more...". And true to form, I'm about to order my 11th Nighthawk 1911.
I find they make an outstanding 1911, have a winning strategy, a near perfect system to make the virtually perfect 1911, and hard working and humble people. Mark and his team should be very proud of what they have built.
And as far as the gun itself, go out and buy one, it'll change your (shooting) life forever...

Nighthawk 1911s are clearly the Porsches of the pistol industry. These are awesomely made pistols that you can use regularly and they just keep shooting precisely over and over again. The workmanship quality is off the charts as are the people who answer the phone. Just shoot a regular pistol side-by-side with a Nighthawk, and you will immediately feel the immense difference in quality. Am now the proud owner of a few Nighthawks with more to come.

What two did you order?
Warhawk and sent in Springfield mil spec for full custom job. Have been a huge fan for years having shot but never owned. Warhawk should be delivered soon. Springfield will take a while it was just received a month ago by Nighthawk. Great video and craftsmanship they will be in my family for generations.
You're gonna love that Warhawk and the Springfield when it is done!!!

Beautiful vault to showcase your company's work. It's hard to find people nowadays that truly care about their work you are truly blessed. I probly will never be able to buy one of these magnificent works of art but I have a very close friend of mine that has one and we get together to shoot on his property and it's always a good time when he brings out his NIGHTHAWK so I feel blessed.

He seems like a good man and I'm glad he stayed in Berryville, AR and supported that community with his business. I love that small town and the people that live there. I don't live there but traveled there from Bentonville, AR to occasionally support a church congregation every few weeks.

I own 2 Nighthawks. A Heinie Commander that I sent in and a threaded barrel fitted, and a AAC Model with a threaded barrel. Both in 45ACP. Nice tour Mark.

Mark is top shelf. That room is amazing. I was fortunate enough to meet Mark thru Scotty. The tour is awesome. Plus I was able to see my FireHawk on Atchley’s bench! I also own a Korth…yeah, you need one. Trust me.

Simply amazing. I hope to visit one day, I’ve only ever made it as close as Springdale (for work). I own a GRP, I used to live in California and the selection was limited. I now live in Georgia and just ordered a Kestrel in 9mm, can’t wait!

3:05 What does the Predator barrel system do that a regular bull or cone barrel doesn't? That's always the one type of gun you've made that I've never wrapped my brain around.
It of course adds weight to the front of the pistol which reduces the recoil felt. It’s also a cool custom look that’s unique

Well, anyone who understands and appreciates true craftsmanship, attention to detail, use of the finest materials, and can recognize when real talent has been channeled into a functional work of art will tell you that unless you know what the focus of Nighthawk is, you are missing out. I’m fortunately the owner of a number of their pistols, and a knife; they are by far the best examples I’ve ever owned.
