Next time if you look for a resource speaker, be sure to have full knowledgw of what he is saying. He forgot that the position of a VP is a 6 year term, so if she run for lower position, she can run without resigning and can comeback whenever she wants.

you have to resign from your current elected post to assume another elected position. Look at former senator Guingona and former senator Alfredo Lim who have to resign from their posts to assume the VP post and Mayoral post in manila several yrs ago. Next time, do some research.
