I don't think that's the bottomline. Only the court would know if she's lying, this is the pronouncement of SC in the case of pharmally executives when the senate during the time of Gordon held them in contempt.
She is very confident in how she answers the questions in the Senate hearing, despite the memory gaps and inconsistencies. She never seems to be worried. She sometimes even smiles at the questions thrown at her and consistently repeats the lies as obviously rehearsed.

It is best for foreigners to seek the advise of a legal counsel should he/she choose to be a Filipino citizen. If you are given advise by friends in high places, you should check if their advise are consisted to our laws.
The right against self incrimination can be exercised thru refusal to answer or evading to answer by saying anything the proponent disagrees or doesn't want to hear. If the proponent says that the deponent is lying then the proponent knows what is the truth so there is no hindrance for the Senator's investigation to aid him in his legislative proposal.
‘Fixating’ is not the best word to use in English when you mean ‘pinag-iinitan.’ You could use the word ‘harassment’ instead.

The way I see it, she used the word fixated as an insult to the senators, a strategy to evade the law, probably hoping that reverse psychology will divert their attention to the insult and stop pursuing this case to prove that theyre not obsessed or 'fixated' with her.

If i were the Senators with all the evidences complete the 😂reports and file a case. They have more sufficient evidences enough to persecute her and bring to trial unless they dig more people involve like politicians , agencies or any individuals in the case.
