Christmas 2023 Cooking Weekend

Howdy folks and welcome to Woody's Corner! We had a wonderful Christmas weekend filled with lots cooking and entertaining with our family and friends!
For our main Christmas celebration, we did that on Saturday the 23rd. I had order in some Alaska seafood that you can't just find anywhere. 2 pounds each of Lingcod, Blackcod, and Yelloweye Rockfish (pacific red snapper). In addition, I sous vide six prime ribeye steaks and seared them on the Otto Wilde grill. I had also ordered in some fresh Rappahannock oysters and served those up char grill style. There was so much other food, it truly was a feast.
On Christmas day, we had a smaller gathering but another feast. I smoked a Prime Rib and cooked up some turkey thighs Greek style. In addition, I made a lobster bisque. Lots of other food and another delightful dinner with family and friends.
We are looking forward to New Years and don't plan to cook!
