May be true, but I feel plenty of air gets in there. I’ve never had an issue with coolant temps, for example. If I have a track day where I’ll be in boost situations frequently, I’ll remove the plate.
when u buy the car, the dealership (or some1 sells it to u) will give u a plastic plate so u'll need 2 screws to connect it to ur car through 2 holes u've shown. There are 4 holes on the plastic plate to put ur car's plate on it. That's where exactly the manufacturer suggest u to put the plate on. U can order it from stealership (dealership) or go online, Honda official website has everything u want. U wont c the problem soon, but u'll get it later which isnt supposed to happen. U may void ur warranty if shit happens and stealership will be happy to fix ur engine for 2000$.
i see a problem with that now your blocking airflow that cools down your radiator, a/c condensor, turbo intercooler and what ever you have in front of it that needs cooling but living in Ohio doesn't get too hot like if your living in florida.
I put my license plate on the same spot, but i dont have holes for bolts on the armor under the badge, and i just held it together with zipties, this video is old, did you got any airflow problems afterwards?
@@brianaustin1328 good that sucks to have a front tag in front of the bumper, i'm glad we don't have to deal with a 2 tag law requirement down here in Florida.
Going to stop airflow to your intercooler in that spot though.

Yeah that’s a good point. Not like it’s irreversible.
Thanks for the suggestion. That does look a lot better

Do you know what the regular size screws are for the original holes?

No, none.
@@brianaustin1328 thanks
Where did you get the plate holder?
It was the standard front plate mount that came with the vehicle.
Hey that’s smart!!!
nice blocking the air flow
never had an issue in street driving. I took it off for track days. Ohio just ended the front plate requirement, too!
