Some Halloween suggestions (if you haven't already done them), Voiceplay's "Oogie Boogie's Song", "Hoist the Colors", as well as Geoff's covers of "The Headless Horseman", and his latest "Ghost Riders In The Sky".
I couldn't agree more, those two choices of Geoff's solo efforts will give you a good idea of how much they've learned and grown over a few short years.
This is so fun to watch. They said this was an all-day shoot to do the slow progression of make-up and prosthetics to be applied. They just go all in with everything they do. Amazing character voices.
Everyone keeps transforming into these grotesque beings while Geoff over there just getting progressively hotter 😆
You also have to check out their cover of "Oogie Boogie's Song" and Geoff's "Monster Mash" and "The Headless Horseman". All are fantastic!
Great reaction! Geoff dropped Ghost Riders in the Sky 4 days ago for Halloween, VoicePlay dropped In the Hall of the Mountain King 2 weeks ago. They took that old classic orchestral piece, put a Halloween story on and didn't bother with lyrics. Didn't need them, the story line is insane, funny, and crystal clear. And they're not done..... VoicePlay is dropping another Halloween special soon.

Others already suggested some stuff on both channels, I'd only like to add "The Dragonborn Comes" (from the videogame "The Elder's Rolls V - Skyrim"). And, on Geoff's channel, "Far over the Misty Mountains cold", from "The Hobbit". Ah, in his channel's videos Geoff sings ALL the parts (he has an insane 5 octaves range), and ALL the characters you see in them are just him, with different outfits and makeups... 😁

great video, fun little fact for all the Nightmare before Christmas diehards out there , although most of us are familiar or may think Marilyn Manson wrote "This is Halloween " the original version was actually written and produced by Danny Elfman and first sang by the cast for the original 1993 reales , Marilyn's version is actually the cover after Disney asked him to do it for the 2006 special edition. Christmas tradition always have to watch The nightmare before Christmas on Christmas eve

I've never seen the movie, don't care because it's Voiceplay. They are terrific at everything they do.
If you have room for another piece in your schedule,, they did Hoist the Colours from Pirates of the Caribbean 3. Not specifically for Halloween, but definitely spooky and jaw dropping! I will always be here for Voiceplay. New one in a few days that you will love. Trust me.
Try Geoff's Jack's Lament which is one of his best solos.
Voiceplay has a lot of good Disney type horror songs, even a cover from Stranger Things. Geoff has a really good version of Monster Mash also
What is their song called from "Stranger Things"? I'm not into the show myself, but my daughters like it. I'd like to let them know of Voiceplay's cover. Thanks! By the way, the "Creel House" in season 4 is an actual house in my hometown just about five minutes from the neighborhood in which I grew up! The Stranger Things story line supposedly takes place in Indiana, but most of the filming was done in Atlanta, GA. My hometown is Rome, GA, where the house was constructed in 1882.

They actually toured with Home Free. On occasion, you will still see some interaction between them.
I just noticed watching this is that the song they are humming at the beginning is "grim grinning ghosts".
this and Oogie Boogie's Song made me an instant Voiceplay fan.
Just subscribed...and God loves you too! Love anything by VoicePlay...all the suggestions are great ones. Would like to get your take on a couple of oldies/short song videos. One is Grim Grinning Ghosts (such as the busts in front of the Haunted Mansion) and Once Upon a Dream (from Maleficent). Not as long as most of their songs, but just as well done. VoicePlay has an extensive library of Halloween songs: This is Halloween (done), Oogie Boogie's Song, Kidnap the Sandy Claws, Superstition, In the Hall of the Mountain King, Phantom of the Opera, Queen in 5 Minutes, Friends on the Other Side, Hoist the Colours, Survivors: Zombies vs Hillbillies, a trilogy - Trapped: Billie Eilish in 4 Minutes followed by Panic at the Disco Part 1 and 2, Halloween Singers Go Psycho (wait for it), Once Upon a Dream, Grim Grinning Ghosts, ACA Top 10 Disney Villains. Geoff (our bass) has 3 Halloween solos, newest is Ghost Riders in the Sky, Monster Mash, the Headless Horseman. This should get you through the month of October at nearly 1 a day! Have fun!

Thank you for a great reaction to Voice Play . All the suggestions are amazing. Nobody does theatrical a capella better than Voice Play. They are known as The Theater be Kids. Geoff ( Jeff ) worked at Disney along side his Wife Kathy who is also the production manager of Voice Play as well as for Geoff. They do most of their own editing themselves.. They are a total package. Please do more Voice Play as they have a lot of songs for Halloween. Geoff Castallucci the low bass singer from Voice Play Geoff has some awesome Halloween solo videos of his own. He always clones 3 or 4 of himself in all of his solo videos . Check him out.

Layne Stein is Voiceplay's beatboxer. He's arguably the best in the world too...he really does make it sound like there's a drummer in the group. Now that we're heading toward Christmas you should react to Voiceplay's "Oogie Boogie's Song", from the Nightmare Before Christmas, and then, "You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch". Both of these really exhibit just how talented this group is, but also how amazingly Geoff Castellucci can sing.

I would recommend in addition to Oogie Boogie that you check out Kidnap the Sandy Claws. Both from the Nightmare before Christmas and both highly entertaining.
Geoff has three Halloween specials now. He just released Ghost Riders in the Sky and also has done Monster Mash and the Headless Horseman. For This is Halloween they put in over 14 hour day. They had to go through a number of stops for make up changes and they were pretty tired at the end of the day.
Halloween is their favorite holiday and they tend to go all out.
Universal theme park used to have a show called Beetlejuice’s Graveyard Review. In it Geoff was Frankenstein and his wife Kathy played bride of Frankenstein for over 10 years. At various times J (and Cesar, their new baritone, also, I think) was Wolfman. Tony, who was the baritone from around 2009 to 2016 prior to this was Dracula. Performing is In their Blood. 🩸
Their newest 👻👀💀🎃should drop Friday if they stay with their usual routine. It got held up as due to the hurricane electricity was out and they could not finish editing it. It is quite elaborate although it may not seem so while you’re watching it but those of us who could see the behind the scenes know how much work they put into it. The song is incredibly creepy, and I cannot get it out of my head🤯.
