I played TPC Sawgrass with my dad one year, it was incredible. He couldn’t hit the ball off the tee tho. He threw his 3wood in one of the ponds. Good times. (True story btw😂)
Golfclub2019 is still the best golf game for a solo round of golf. All around better graphics and simple game play.

3 click on Pro Am is pretty easy. I unbelievably started with 2 eagles at Sawgrass ended up 12 under. However change to pro and I would be over the moon with level par...The meter flies and if your off a little you can end up in big trouble
I feel like once you get your short game and putting dialed in, you’ll start scoring a lot better.

George got a birdie on the last hole, you lost a stroke even tho you got par. Going from -4 to -3 on the last hole, that's why it's 3 shots between you and that's why you got third and not t2.

I definitely feel like the swing tempo mechanic is buggy as hell right now. So many times I would literally do the same thing and get different results.
14:45 the lie was 96-97%, which took enough off the shot to prevent it reaching.
Caught me out several times when hitting 3W off the deck in 2K21. Fairway lie won't always be 100% with the longer clubs

Hi I just bought this game during the holidays so I'm new to this. Fun but difficult to sew straight. Playing on PS5. Do you have any tips on the easiest way to achieve that, settings?
Use right stick with tip of thumb on top of the stick. The natural thumb joint will give you a straight follow through. However the backswing won’t be straight so adjust it. Backswing should be slow and smooth but not fully back on the stick. Just back enough for the golfer to start his backswing.

The omission of splash shots outside of a bunker , the more difficult chipping mechanism and the return of the punch shot are all to be commended. The putting looks a bit tougher too but that may just be that you're pulling the putts left more. The ball physics need work , playability wise that appears the big problem along with the audio of club hitting ball which is definitely worse than 2k21
Also, they really need to update the commentary. They reused a bunch of 2k21 lines and added even more casual insults from the commentary team.

Not gonna lie the new game looks so disappointing. Swing meter is horrible. Timing looks to be a random thing. They needed to make chipping harder but it's not been done in a good way.
I'm gonna wait until next year to buy it.
To add, it looks like the green reads aren’t accurate either. I’ve watched quite a bit of gameplay where it’ll show at least couple lines of break, but has no effect on the ball. 2K21s seems to be wayyy more accurate overall
@@KarnageKamikaze I have noticed from watching a few different people, the vertical slope of putts seems to have a bigger effect. I also think a lot of it has to do with its career mode and he doesnt have a lot of the attributes unlocked or enabled yet. When they played as the pro players that had the higher attributes they werent missing as much

There is a massive * on that result though. 1) You should have doubled the third hole to make up for the 2 shot swing. Going like +3 after 2 holes and this was a very different round. 2) I believe it was very unsporting to calibrate mid-round. Also the luck you had on that hole when the ball didn't deflect into the water and you then avoided the trees for a for a good shot was just incredible.
Having said that when it got towards the end I wanted the play-off.
But I echo an earlier comment. Where's the fun or challenge once you perfect every shot automatically?
As usual, I enjoy seeing these career modes until the scoring gets stupid on legendary difficulty.

I love Apex but hate how this game looks. It’s hideous. Just another money grabbing game from 2k. Only reason people will buy is because Tiger is on here :/ hopefully one day we’ll have a golf game where the developers actually care

No real AI in this, I proved 2K were bullshi**ing us with 2K21 and yet you guys still promote this charade. All the AI golfer "moments" are canned and repeat as there were only 100 or so in 2k21 and possibly the same in this. I proved it by recording them, playing them back side by side when they repeated..............IDENTICAL TO THE PIXEL................. 2k refusing to give us shot by shot CPU AI prove they are taking the pi** with this, but clearly ppl like TAH are happy with being able to play their own shots ONLY. Each to their own. EA's games always include proper AI. 2K, you to**ers again.
