Up until recently, I hadn't been writing at all for years, then I had a story idea at the beginning of summer and I've been working on it here and there almost every day. I have an 8 year old who I'm homeschooling, so my writing time isn't consistent. I try to work on it every day or every other day though and if I go for more than that, then I end up accidentally pulling all-nighters or not sleeping well and getting up early to write. I've never been this inspired or this disciplined with my writing- and I've also never stuck with anything this long before.
Anyway, I loved seeing your process and I hope you do more content like this. Congrats on the progress.
Excellent writing process vlog! I'm definitely not a planner--I let the ideas simmer in my mind, till they boil over, and then I write in bursts that last however much it takes to get it all down.🧡

I need to get back into the project I sort of set aside a while ago, so I may have to try this 24 hour challenge for myself as a bit of motivation.

Your writing blog was wonderful. I also have my late father’s books around the house but we are donating them. He was a big believer in people reading and expanding their knowledge so the books will be going to a library. 📚📚📚

This vlog was great, I've really missed your vlogs! I've been working on a major rewrite of my novel, and since I'm deleting large sections and rewriting other stuff I've been doing sprints and focusing just on how long I'm working on it rather than the word count. I do still have an overall word count goal for this draft, but not a daily goal I'm trying to hit.

loooove hearing you talk about writing 😃 i also have an arthurian project hehe but im currently working on something else for camp nano, and i felt that - 'researching how to feed a baby in medieval times' 😂 i had to figure it out for an apocalyptic scenario
We plan exactly the same way 😂 I find having bullet points of the chapters so helpful for getting words on the paper when I'm a bit stuck on something

LOVE watching writing sprints like this, I'm only 11 minutes in but I have to pause it in order to write myself, so thank you! Also, I have SO MANY thoughs regarding artists inability to draw animals up to like the 1800's. They must have seen animals, surely? Like sure, humans look a bit weird too in the midieval paintings, but later on the humans look pretty good but they still can't make animals look normal! Why?!
and if you repeated the challenge on the same set of work would a second composition be similar to its first or would it be different? 😀
