    It called hollowed out St. Paul Downtown center! All buildings have high vacancies!😂😂

      50% vacant. Might as well let the homeless live there. There isn't anything downtown for families. Open Casinos, Dens, and Nickle a Bed flophouses.

      @@cathleensalisbury859 That was how cities were until the 1980s. Adult cinemas, bathhouses, backroom gambling, Dens of inequities, Cheap one dollar mens' hotels. The Moral Majority closed it all down. Downtown was not ever a place to bring children. Look at how children ruined Las Vegas. People went to Vegas to get away from the kids. Look at Times Square circa 1975.
