Being R18 for visual novels doesn't have the same ramifications as for anime etc. Many (most?) of the most popular/best-produced works in that medium are R18, it's become part of the medium's culture.
Just started on this masterpiece by August in 2022 lol. However, I have been listening to its ost, especially the track "prison - Blind Alley" (an official arranged version) for over 5 years ... Definitely gorgeous.

まさに社運を賭けた作品なだけあって神作でした。
１１年経っても当時の気持ちが蘇ってきます。
Blind Alleyはいつ聞いても完璧な裏通りの感じがする
このゲームのbgmはとても優しげなメロディだからこそよりどうしようもない無力感みたいなのが胸に染みる
For a R18 Visual Novel this OST is really quite something. I haven't felt so much emotion from a piece of music in quite a long time.

This game should have an anime adaptation instead of tsuki no namida, then it would have been a HUGE success similar to fate stay night's level.

Commenting in August 2022, my favorite track is disc 3's Bless. Used it for lullaby since around 2014 or so. Helped me through some tough times.
