The cabin had a dangerous amount of carbon monoxide and when the pilot moved his airplane for another airplane he had so much carbon monoxide coming into his cabin when he had the door open. During the flight where the accident happens the pilot has so much carbon monoxide in his blood that caused him to have health problems like disorientation.

The cause of the accident was IMHO NOT CO poisoning but something we don't know yet (and that Air Crash Investigation didn't pay ANY attention to) that caused the plane to not be able to climb any higher, this meant they were flying into terrain (Pegasus Bay) where they were surrounded on all sides by mountains higher than they were, so the only way out was to do a 180 degree turn and get out of there. Turns require distance, in tight spaces like the narrowing Pegasus Bay the only way to turn is to do a steep turn, which increases your stall speed. THAT is what caused this accident, not enough room to complete a turn with moderate bank angle, requiring a high bank angle and enough speed/altitude which they didn't have. CO poisoning might have contibuted to bad decision making but the main problem was the plane not being able to climb above the ridges of the terrain.
I don't think down play the surrounding areas as a cause of crash would be a final report
