    Do you think you’ll get better photos asking people rather than random shots?

    inspiring videos you have 👏, regarding zone focus, do you let people walk into it or rather bring yourself towards that zone...I would love to read your comment on that, also in combination with external light metering :-) Keep up the great videos 🙏🙌

      Thanks so much! I typically pick my zone and then move my body into positions that fit within that zone to take the photograph! Occasionally, if my subject is moving towards me quickly I’ll let them come into my zone! I’ll sometimes use a handheld light meter so I don’t have to check in camera as often. Hope this answer helped! 😊

      @@briepaulsen Thanks for your helpful answer 🙏 I have an extra external lightmeter also. (I use the incident dome thingy) The only thing I find confusing is that it often gives me complete different measuring compared to Leica internal meter. It makes me somewhat hesitant to take the shot sometimes 🙃 Probably am using it wrong haha

    You’re so smooth and quick. What focal length do you tend to shoot most, 28mm?

    • @briepaulsen
      @briepaulsen  2 года назад +1

      Thank you! So far I’ve only shot 35 but 28 is my dream haha

    Are dogs not allowed? San Francisco has lots of dogs downtown. I wish you would shoot black and white and I’d like to see you get a variety of lower angles with an occasional vertical shot.
