I had a similar experience at a private marina where i was the manager. Not on the scale of this DBag but still a wealthy individual and his wife with large boat. They had tied up to an empty end tie dock of which they were too large for. I went down to talk with them and let them know they were not allowed to tie up there, it was well signed as private, etc.. They began being very verbally rude asking me what I was going to do about it, taunting me, I'm a female, at this point I was done being polite. Being a solo sailor I am adept at paying attention to wind direction and as the wind was light but enough it was gently setting their boat off the dock I reached down and cast off their dock line which was in front of me along with their other lines throwing the lines back onto their boat. They then rampped up their cursing at me at the same time they had to get to the helm to fire up their engines as they were drifting away from our docks. Money may be able to buy these turds big boats but it sure can't buy them manners!
Months ago I was in San Diego and a car struck me on the freeway (basically a hit and run), because the car didn’t have a license plate they refused to help, no joke! I even passed by a CHP officer honking as I drove behind the car that struck me and nothing. We had a total of five opportunities and the police refused to help and suggested filing a report online. I had a similar experience at a private marina where i was the manager. Not on the scale of this DBag but still a wealthy individual and his wife with large boat. They had tied up to an empty end tie dock of which they were too large for. I went down to talk with them and let them know they were not allowed to tie up there, it was well signed as private, etc.. They began being very verbally rude asking me what I was going to do about it, taunting me, I'm a female, at this point I was done being polite. Being a solo sailor I am adept at paying attention to wind direction and as the wind was light but enough it was gently setting their boat off the dock I reached down and cast off their dock line which was in front of me along with their other lines throwing the lines back onto their boat. They then rampped up their cursing at me at the same time they had to get to the helm to fire up their engines as they were drifting away from our docks.
Money may be able to buy these turds big boats but it sure can't buy them manners!

Months ago I was in San Diego and a car struck me on the freeway (basically a hit and run), because the car didn’t have a license plate they refused to help, no joke! I even passed by a CHP officer honking as I drove behind the car that struck me and nothing. We had a total of five opportunities and the police refused to help and suggested filing a report online. The San Diego police department should be ashamed.

So it looks like a Name and money wins out again, no arrest for being drunk, threatening to kill someone and being naked in public. Not even a fine. Any other person would have been arrested.
