Jay Leonard J, love your playing, no matter what pedal you are demoing, you showcase the different possibilities of each pedal. As for the OneControl pedals, I really like the Brown Anodized pedal.
Anodised Brown would be my pick of the three. 'Touch sensitive' is my choice nowadays... maybe harder to play than the highly compressed stuff, but so much more expressive and fun to play. Looking forward to the Purple Plexifier demo if you are planning on doing that one Jay.
I've *always* hated fuzz and haven't seen any use for one (although I dig *Hendrix* ), but I love the *Baltic Blue Fuzz* and recently bought one for a *One Control*-themed pedalboard I'm putting together. It sounds incredible paired with the *Dimension Blue Monger* with some additional doubling from delay and the transparent *Prussian Blue Reverb.* I sense a blue theme developing.
Hi. Just red the Bjørn Riis review and want to buy my first fuzz pedal ! Huge fan of boutique OD pedals, I want to get a mini pedal on my my board but not noisy (or radiophonie like some fuzz seem to) and fat, warm and easy to use and twick ....I am,in between the PCB war Fuzz and the Baltic blue from One control to be honest...Is the BBF a noose free pedal, I want silent one ...Let me know ...Thanks for your answer and help. Kind regards from France.Belo
Hey Jay, awesome demo! Would you say either of the first 2 pedals change the midrange content of your guitar fairly drastically? I ask because I have a Strat that really exposes this (unwanted) quality, and I’m on the search for a distortion. Thanks!
Your Tele sounds really dark on the clean side. The pedals sound a bit dark also. Is it intentional or the recording? I wouldn't call these pedals transparent though.I love your energy and playing.
@JLJ, I just bought the Baltic Blue Fuzz on Reverb. I messaged the seller and told him he owes you $2.37. He’s asking me if he needs to sending to you in Canadian or US dolla-dolla-billz, y’all?!
Fett Boba Karim you sir are brilliant. The pedal sounds like pedals? It’s hard to believe that a pedal would sound like a pedal. I have one it sounds great with an amp. Idk what do u want from it? It is a pedal.

The brown is my favorite. It’s the only one I have out of these 3.
"This is my 'clean' tone" lol. Great demo as always man! That little fuzz box is on my hit list.
love the versatility and sound of the Baltic blue
That fuzz was pretty damn good! Very versatile sounding from your demo. Great job.

ForViewingOnly I have the brown and it’s great. Its in no way hard to play. It’s compressed. FYI sold purple plexifier.
Great job sir, as always!

Awesome! That is a killer OC collection there too... Great choices!
There is a Zep song for every demo and I love to hear Jay play them! :)

Hey jay, what do you think about a princenton reverb 12" speaker + jhs angry charlie for powerful lead play. Thanks¡¡
That was my rig for a bit a few years back :)
JayLeonardJ thanks jay 😁

Great demo! Any chance you could compare the Rebel Red and/or Anodized Brown with the Suhr Riot Mini?

Haha, hope you are digging that box. It is too much fun!
FIRST VIEW, FIRST LIKE, FIRST COMMENT!!!!!!!
Red=not impressive, brown=improvement but still blah, blue=useable. Would have liked to hear them through humbuckers.
They sound like a pedals
Fett Boba Karim they are pedals. Sharp eye 👁
I'd be surprised they sound like fridges.
