Very relevant message considering what we're going through right now with COVID-19. Thanks for the reminder that although the world may seem like it's letting us down, God will never let us down. We just gotta have faith and trust Him, letting our pride go. Only God can see us through this.

@Ivan Ramirez 1 thing to remember the earth is satans domain we as christians are just visitors here 2nd thing is it isnt the fact that he lets anyone down its the fact that human nature is to blame someone instead of facing the problem so who else will get the blame but the almighty creator eh? regardless of strife/troubles in life all of the people that believe in god know hes here for us through it all and we can put faith in him :)

Interesting that the song details his struggle before he revealed his fight. Terrible that he didn't get proper answers to his questions, but I haven't lost faith yet. God has a way of calling us back. After all, he leaves the 99 for the one, and I believe that someday the Lord will find him where he is, and bring him back on his shoulders.

Still listening to this day, it's an amazimg song. I was already a fan pf Hawk Nelson, but I actually found this on accident around the time it came out, on my recommended list. It's been a huge blessing and a mainstay on all of my worship music lists.

This is one of those songs that dig pretty deep for me. I am a Christian, but I'm not a very consistent/faithful one. I don't read my Bible very much and I do have idolization in my life. It's a struggle for me to even get the motivation to drop the fandom stuff for a little while and just breathe and give Him my full attention. This really tugs at me and I know He's trying to get to my heart with this.
RandomFandoms I used to be the same way. I was so deep into different fandoms and I kept trying to make it work to have both God and my fandoms but in the end I decided to just focus on God. Occasionally I pop my head back in to see what's going on but I feel like I shouldn't.
RandomFandoms ask Him to remove the idols from your heart. He did it for me and I know He'll do the same for you
It’s just a process, baby steps. Start by trying to read 5 minutes a day and pray 5 minutes a day. Then as you do better and start to get more consistent up the increments. And pray about the fandom stuff, that’s a process too.
I know exactly where you're coming from. We all struggle ar some point with things that we hold on to. I tested God and asked him to take it away. I truly wanted to please and do his will. I started to read the word, from beginning to end in 1 yr and and have continued. Now I feel the difference, secular music doesn't edify my soul, because at the end of the day without the beat and music to secular songs the words are what matter. Hope this helps. Praying for a break through for you.

I've been having doubts but I'm fighting against the devil to keep the faith cause I know deep down God is here and every Christian faces questions and struggles for I know Jesus said we will have troubles in this world and having doubts is part of the Christian walk but we need 2 trust God . Please pray for me that my faith will not waver and stay strong against the devil no matter what. God is real and alive, it's amazing how He led me to this song
