In the spring those bears will trip over the truck. Tear down electric fence, just to tear up my beehives in the back yard. I've seen them go around the barking dog on a chain. But I have worked with the game department and they won't go in their trap even with honeycomb in it. Pretty aware of their environment. They never stick around when I have a rifle on my back. They run like a fullback.
Thank you that helps out so much! I'll be hunting spring bear for the first time this year and I can't wait!
Would like to see visual of shot placement. Great video. Thanks
I only have one Bear and this makes me want to go again. Excellent Video.
I’m going next spring.
You definitely should!
These bear talks and the binocular talk with Paul? are my favorites so far. You guys have come a long ways as interviewers, good on ya.
Thank you!
Great conversation. Bear hunters sharing knowledge, from their lived experiences. Very informative.
This spring will be my first time bear hunting!
Really liked the part about shot placement because some people recommend high shoulder on whitetail but sounds like not such a good idea on black bear
Cartridge profile suggestion: 7mm Remington magnum?

Are you guys primarily hunting black bear
Could yall do a 10 minute talk on 223ai
@ 6:00 I have large black bears right in my back yard lol
Old video but, fixed or mechanical broadhead for bears?
I have seen people be successful with either. I prefer a fixed simply because there is no risk of the blade failing to open.
Building 375 ruger with 1×6×24mm scope

Well done!
