- I'm two months behind on posting this! The babies are almost 5 months old now! I've been so busy with the cute twinsies that I haven't had time to post to this channel in such a long time! But I will definitely be doing a 6 month video update next month because the babies have already changed so much since I filmed this video. :)

I know! I giggle every time she says they don’t look alike because most of us would take a few minutes to determine who is who if they’re not sitting right next to each other.

The twins looks a lot alike! It’s funny as parents we don’t see it but others do.
I was going to say this! I think they look SO similar. I wouldn't doubt for a second that they were twins if I didn't already know.

It’s crazy how that’s exactly how you used to describe their personalities when they were IN THE WOMB. And you were spot on!!! Literally the expressions you would animate for them when they weren’t even born. They ACTUALLY make those same faces. Blows my mind.

Suggestion for sleep: I have 3 month old twin girls. I know many say to keep them on a schedule together, but we stopped waking up both babies at the same time during the night. It has encouraged the other baby to continue their sleep for a longer stretch while the other is being fed. As time went on the girls started to sleep longer and longer... they now average 6 -7 hours. My husband and I are in charge of one baby for the night and doing this has helped ourselves get more sleep. We then stick to a schedule and feed them both at the same time through out the day!

Ditto, one of mine would sleep through the night pretty early on, it was great just having to feed one baby in the middle of the night. Twin mom of 13 yr old girls❣️

Agree! If the doctor isn’t worried about weight for the baby, don’t wake them up! It feels like you have to, but you don’t.

It’s so funny because from an outsiders perspective, I think Maisy and Wesley look very similar. I can definitely spot and recognize their differences, but I really do think they have some pretty similar facial features.

I agree with you I feel like you could definitely tell they are related I probably wouldn't guess twins but their skin color, eyebrows, and eye color(even though Maisy does have lighter eyes) they do have a lot of similar features

Lol it is funny watching this because I watch the blog every day and I definitely know the babies and their individual adorableness. Flynn is also an amazing big brother.
Maisy isn’t dramatic, she’s just in tune with her feelings!
She seems to gravitate more towards the boys. Everything about Maisy seems more negative
I feel that Maisy is a mini you, Wesley is a mini Eric and Flynn is the perfect mixture of you both... so sweet. 😍
My niece Lilyana hugged us the way Maisie does when she was a baby! We called it the "Koala Clutch." She's almost 3 now and still does it sometimes if she's really tired or feeling shy.
Suggestion for diapers: get the honest diapers with one print for Wes and one print for Maisy. Would help keep track especially in the middle of the night! Plus they’re super cute. xo

From a twin, thank you for acknowledging that they are their own people and individuals! Yes, they’re babies, but as it gets older this mentality will help them develop individually! I am best friends and roommates with my twin sister, but it still irks me sometimes when I am not seen as my own person. You are doing amazing! They’re going to be such sweet sweet people with a mom like you!

I have a boy and two girls. My boy was always hungry compared to the girls. He is 6ft 2 now. I think it is a growth trajectory they are on from birth. Let him eat feed when wants.

Always love seeing videos of the twins! I think it’s important to note though, where you said it doesn’t matter if they’re hitting their milestones on time or not. It doesn’t “matter” but it is something for moms, especially new moms, to keep an eye on. Not hitting milestones in a certain timeframe can indicate developmental delays and other issues. While it’s okay if they don’t hit it exactly, it’s important to be aware of milestones, when they should be hitting, and how late if at all they are because some things, if caught early enough, can be managed much more easily than if you don’t pay attention and don’t know.

I love the description of both of them!! While I don’t have twins, I do have a son and a daughter and they are similar to W&M in the sense that they are total opposites!! My son is way more chill and easy going compared to my daughter. With her it is all or nothing. If anyone is going to cry, it will be her! Such sweet babies!

You absolutely do not need to feed the twins on the same schedule that's an absolute fallacy. Yep, health care professional, yep had premie boy and girl twins. The reason their circadian rhythm is screwed up is because you're waking one up to feed them when the other 1 wakes up. They know when they're hungry and they know when they're tired, just go by their schedule.

I love this video because even though I’ve been watching the vlogs since way before even Flynn, I don’t know the exact things about the babies right now. I love getting a glimpse into the everyday of the kiddos and who they are. They’re so cute and I always look forward to these types of videos and look for the vlog everyday.

My mom is a NICU nurse! She loves her job but when she sees the little babies struggling she can’t help but want to make magic happen and make them better. She has good days more often than not but some days aren’t they best. The twins are really cute and I hope they continue a healthy and successful little life! Love you guys!!!

Jesus time has flown. The babies are almost half a year old! I swear it feels like just yesterday you uploaded the birth of your twins video!
This is so funny. I have twin girls and one sounds everything how you described Wesley and the other sounds how you described Maisy! My twins were born at 35 weeks, 5 days and in the NICU for 7 & 9 days 😃
i love the twin videos we’re currently 29 weeks with out boy girl twins. we’re super stressed about not having anything ready and especially for having to do a c section

My 3 month old son has so much in common with maisy! The only thing different really is that my boy loves eating and is huge for his age. Already in 6-9 month clothes
