First rule of thumb, do not shop there without a Costco card. Period. I learned that the hard way one time :P then I had to go purchase one, and had to wait a whole day to buy what I needed haha

The boxed Chicken Bake doesn't hit as good as the Food Court version but it's good and the calorie count is not THAT BAD. It's just 540 calories and there's worse meals with the same sodium content. SOMETIMES I eat it in one sitting but more often than not I split it into 2 meals if I pair it will a little bit of veggies. I will agree it's not something you should maybe eat multiple days a week. 1x a week is cool.
I actually love children bake and it also triggers my lactose Lol
