Peugeot 504 Pick Up, that is the Wine Car that was picked up two years ago in Beaujolais. After a period of recovery, repairs and maintenance, the Peugeot is ready for the farewell ride of Bernard and Francoise Santé. They are visiting our country for a few days, because when I purchased it I promised Bernard that he could get behind the wheel again.

A real masterclass in Beaujolais wines will be supervised on site by Bernard and Francoise.
"La Bache" is the pet name for this Peugeot 504 Pick Up, there are only a few of them left in both France and our country. The promise has been fulfilled and "La Bache" will serve as a wine car for us in Het Gooi. Speaking of marketing, when you tour around in the car it is a striking appearance. Many people look up when the car crosses Het Gooi and Bernard is more than satisfied with the result. In vain he makes us another offer to take the car back.
De Peus has only run 70,000 kilometers, so she can easily last a few more years.

Yes Folks, we are in the Tasting Room as you can see. It has been exactly two years since we picked up the Peugeot 504 from Bernard Santé and his wife Francoise. Then I promised them that if they came to the Netherlands, he would be allowed to drive his old faithful Peugeot one more time.
It's called "La Bache" in French, right? That is the pet name for the 504 Pick Up as we have it. I have the key here that he gave me two years ago when we picked up the car. I'm going to give him the key now and then we'll go for a drive together. I give you the key Bernard, ahh the key to Paradise! so if you come along, we will go for a short drive and then I will show Bernard getting into his old faithful Peugeot again....
No power steering huh? Very good, with Francoise and Bernard in "La Bache". A cap like that from you, we call it a "Bache" here! At the end left Oh La, that gentleman who was late....Alorssss,.... to the left You hear the engine well! Fine, right? It's fine... she drives well! She runs like a watch. 70,000 kilometers? that's very little, does it drive well Bernard? She drives very well! We can easily drive another 100,000 kilometers with it... With the three of us, yes... Comfortable... fantastic... It takes a lot of work. Are you going to sell it again now? no no no, I'll buy it back from you for € 3000.00 How nice, but I really don't know what this is worth now.
