Garcia makes good points about trading Steph now. A big haul of first round picks would be nice, plus salary relief. Don't shoot me!~ I'm just saying this a reasonable position to take. Meanwhile I'm higher on this coming season with this Ws team than most, especially given all the trade assets they have. and yes, Podz is better than being "a really good role player". I'm predicting that his shots start falling from all over the court. Still and all, recall the Bill Walsh rule: better to let players go early rather than late. Joe Monatana and Ronnie Lot were traded.

Suns mistake is not KD but trading for btadley beal. What were they thinking? Bad fit and injured prone and overrated and overpriced. And now they are stuck. ok, warriors absolutely need to make real moves and dunleavy is sitting around doing absolutely NOTHING the last 2 months (Even though he said it would be a more active august and september) ...... and we have talk shows talking about absolute BS. Jimmy Butler next summer and KD? There arent even serious negotiations going on for those guys.
and I hate crap about free agents next summer (IE Jimmy Butler). We cant throw away one of currys last years and completely hinge it on dunleavys ability to get a deal done. LOL we learned that this summer and last trade deadline. Last yr at the deadline, dunleavy didnt get anything done and they said wed wait till the summer and make a splash. Summer came and dunleavy can not make stuff happen, and he wasted likes weeks ONLY focusing on Markennan. If it doesnt happen in the first week, move on. dont let danny ainge control the remainder of stephs career.

@@abprepboy33 I’m in the same camp as you, I want them to at least be contenders again before Steph retires. They tried to get PG and the clippers hate us and didn’t want to play ball. The Lauri thing would’ve been a disaster. But I honestly think they’re waiting for someone like a KD or a Giannis to become available and that’s when you sell the farm. You’re right time is ticking but they might know something we don’t. You gotta give him credit for the three vets he did get, some experienced rotational pieces.
@@dangerzone3470 it isnt just their inability to land a star. I am ok with the players they got- but dunleavy has completely failed to balance out the roster. We have like 8 rotation wings under contract and all we seem to be inviting to training camp are more wings LOL. I feel like we need to trade 2 or 3 of the wings for a big guy and then sign post.
@@abprepboy33 It’s a wing driven league but we gotta few too many ur right. I think they just rely on Draymond roaming the paint and having a 7 footer messes that all up. But I don’t understand why when he’s on the bench we can’t throw a big man out there idk. TJD played well as a rim protector. I think Dunleavy has been trying but every teamed is scorned from dealing with us. We’ll see how post does, his defense was awful, given it was summer league for a game or 2.
