I find is interesting that some feel that turning a perpetrator convicted of sexual abuse/assault into a “menopausal woman” too severe a punishment. 😏🤨🤔 Really?? I worked with victims of sexual violence, both children and women. The long term devastation this abuse had on their lives must not be overlooked or downplayed. I think chemical castration should be a form of treatment.
I love the way you think. Yes, they are the most destructive and depraved members of our society, as far as I'm concerned there is no punishment that can be too harsh and they actually need to be kept out of our communities for life.
I think that surgical castration would be a better form of treatment because you don't have to worry about the offenders taking the medication or the side effects which makes it more ethical and probably cost less money as well
The question of ethics can be answered in my mind by making an analogy with chemotherapy or radiotherapy: there is harm caused to the patient, in the hope that the eventual outcome of the treatment will be beneficial. Similarly, there is some harm incurred with the treatment, but with the hope of a better outcome than if the treatment was not given. The life of a hypersexualised person must be disordered to be living, as well as the harm they cause in society, so for me, the treatment is ethical.
@Topaz Dreamer Yeah, I only really made that analogy due to having a mate and a family member going through the big C right now. Sort of at the front of my mind. Hope you are ok.
@@yancoh307 I can see how you thought I was crticising hypersexualised people in general, although I was only thinking in terms of it combined with paedophilia here. On the other hand, I can see how hypersexualisation could be problematic to the individual even if not to society in general.

Back in the 80s when I started in a hospital for people with learning disabilities we had a young man who several times was found having sex with less able females. For their safety he was given a chemical castration
You are right, that I'm going to be harsh. By doing this crime they have violated another person's bodily autonomy. I see no moral problem if a democratic society decides that the consequence of this will be the loss of your own autonomy. It's clearly effective, which is actually what is most important to me, especially if the victim is a child. Then there's the question about doctors' moral obligations, but that will be up to you.
Excellent as ever. I've never understood why most criminologists claim that all sexual offenses have nothing to do with sex and everything to do with power.
QUESTIONS FOR THE DOC.... 1) So what's the prevalence of prostate cancer in offenders prescribed Prostap (Leuprorelin). i.e. is it working as prophylaxis? 2) If you are gonna give this drug to younger men... won't the adrenal glands try compensate for the testosterone deficiency? It's usually given to old blokes with prostate cancer right? But young blokes? You don't think the human body "finds a way"? 3) Is it given to men "on licence"? And if so, how closely is it monitored? You doing regular blood tests for testosterone levels? What's to stop "the pedo" joining a gym and shooting up "roids" a few times per week to regain a testosterone balance? Thanks in advance, Paula G (Lay Surgeon)
Very good questions PubMed is your best bet for any studies on gandrontropic and luteinising hormone agonists, as there are many veterinary studies on animals - dogs, bulls etc., of many different ages, including younger animals.
Most men will have some type of prostate cancer in their lifetime. It’s not always a fatal situation. In fact, more often than not, it goes completely unnoticed. I do not believe prostate cancer is a factor in this specific situation.
I think it’s right. It gives comfort to the victims, as well as removes a future one. Should be chemical, then surgical, then the death penalty. If punishments for physical crimes were actually harsh I think it would help. We live in a world where sex is literally everywhere, for free and for a price. There is a way to get whatever kind of thing you’re into with rollplay. There’s no excuse. You may not be able to control your thoughts but anyone can control their actions when it comes to sex. You choose to do physical harm.
As a survivor of long term childhood abuse by a serial offender (50+ counts over 9 years, including own children), this absolutely needs to be a mandated PART of sentencing. I am nearly 15 years on, still dealing with the mental/emotional trauma, there are long terms consequences to victims/survivors there should be at least somewhat equal long term consequences for offenders, ones that actually make a difference
At the time when Alan Turing, a genius and hero, was condemned to chemical castration and eventually indirectly to death, homosexuality provoked exactly the same repulsion and horror as sex offending today; the major problems do not stop, while revolt and repulsion operate displacement. Regardless of the inevitable sadism which is a part of the discourse in these matters, it is amazing that all of these doctors, jailers, judges and good country people seem to not have made one step toward prevention. The techniques keep refining, and the spirit remains stuck on the first floor of an elevator which never goes up. Strangely and tragically for all, there does not seem to be anyone working on prevention. There remains the fact, however, that sadistic treatments that do not change anything will always enjoy powerful enthusiasm; somehow, we can always be sure of that
LOL, Pervstop, loved it! On a more serious note: can Prostap be administered IM with an extended release action? Like Haloperidol (Haldol). extended-release injection, for example? This might help with med compliance. As medication compliance is vital in this case, I'm skeptical that Prostap can provide long-term benefits in protecting victims of pedophilia. I agree with you that the rights of the victim outweigh the rights of the pedophile. The Turing case cannot be likened to pedophilia. I struggle with the idea of surgical castration; although if my child was victimized I'd probably be willing to the surgery myself. And the only expertise I have is in wound care and suture removal. I enjoy your program very much, you know your stuff and you know how to present it to those whose medical understanding is limited. This segment has been interesting and thought provoking. A conundrum for sure.
I wondered the same about extended-release. Don't know if you've seen the Louis Theroux doc on an US prison designed specifically for sex-offenders, but it might be worth a look as I do believe there was some sort of sub-dermal implant being used, although don't hold me to that as it's a while since I watched it.
We used to give monthly Estrogen shots to violent sex offender. They were brought over my two police officers from the jail to the outpatient mental health unit. That was in the early 2000’s and sure was my least favorite nursing job! Scary!!!
Excellent video as always. Veterinarians are very familiar with castration, and in some countries it is legal for a vet to treat humans but not vice versa, if worried about any ethical standpoint....... Testosterone is a hormone which is said to heighten drives already present, to turn up their volume as it were, and of course some behaviours are learned ones. The removal of testosterone has a whole host of side effects mentally, including in dogs, increased fearfulness and lack of confidence, which may be good in deterring re-offending in men, along with some of the physical side effects such as lack of energy etc.. I know one elderly bloke (an unusual request for advice(!)) that ended up being castrated as he could not stand the side effects from chemical castration, and he said it was the best thing he did as compared to the drugs, so I would probably offer surgical castration as an option too.
@@sarahlamb2333 I'm glad it worked for you and your dog. There are many good reasons to castrate, some not so good. No two people's circumstances are the same :)
I used to work in HMP Leyhill as a prison psychologist on the SOTP and it was widely debated that chemical castration wasnt effective on its own as the mindset of power, control and fantasy remain. Some form of relapse prevention program will always be needed.
While working as a nurse in Port Elizabeth, South Africa my sister experienced a horrific situation. A chemically castrated man reverted to raping a woman with a glass Coke cooldrink 1 liter bottle that he stepped on once inserted. So not sure this method works.
That's horrific, but even the Scandinavian study found a reduction in re-offending from 40% to 5%, which means that even in best case scenario there is still some failures. Also, I don't think that the baby should be thrown out with the bathwater, the reduction in offending behaviour has got to be beneficial, and no-one is suggesting that the chemical castration alone is a silver bullet. So, anything that helps is better than nothing at all.
I do understand why many are in favor of this. I don't know that I believe it really takes care of the problem. I do think for those who commit these horrific acts it is about control & other mentally warped notions. Does this truly solve anything? I'm not so sure. On the other hand, cursing these creatures with hot flashes for the rest of their lives?? OH YEAH!!!! 😄😄
Physical castration seems to be the only actual way to prevent unlawful intercourse. Gelding horses proves animals can live and thrive without their balls. A short documentary of how horses were gelded, without anaesthetic is here: ruclips.net/video/nUvcWnpXicQ/видео.html
I concur with the use of this type of castration. Better than using 2 house bricks on the offender’s “Crown Jewels”. Working with victims of these people really does give one a “reality check” on the depths of depravity of some offenders.
Another great video. Love the knowledge & your jokes. Really enjoyed your podcast with Eric hunley aswell & super happy to see your subscribers increasing all the time. You deserve success. I think it was Benedict Cumberbatch who played Alan Turing, I can't remember the name of the film though. As for the topic of this video.... Interesting.
I think the people who are vehemently against it should live with these people and do us all a favour! If osteoporosis and menopause are the worst side effects, they will live 😒 half the population has to go through menopause and the risk of osteoporosis is common in lots of women. I’m not bothered about their wellbeing when they violated innocent people, they gave up that right when they harmed others. That being said I don’t know if it should be given to all sex offenders…but if this was the consequence then maybe there would be less offences? 🤔 I don’t know but the most violent horrific cases should definitely be given this, the lesser ones should just be in prison forever.
The question is that we do want sexual abuse off children and women we need to do this castrated anyone who sexually abuse like the grooming gangs and anyone else who commits crimes against anyone then yes yes we need to send a strong message out there that if you commit these crimes your going to be castrated capital punishment no if’s or buts
I dislike the idea of mandatory castration, It doesn't sit easy with me. However I dislike that all sex offenders can be rehabilitated.I think they cannot be . My basic understanding is just that basic! I would like all those who have predelitions like this to be treated more harshly by the courts from the man with images on his screen to actual active offenders . I have no answers but I do shudder at the pathetic sentences given.
Love your videos and sense of humour👍 I 100% agree with the judge you mentioned. Chemical castration initially but for repeat offenders physical castration. Paedophilia and rape statistics are off the scale high, a firm message needs to be sent to those predators, can't think of any other viable solutions.
I don't see a problem ethically for doctors to prescribe it, you're treating disordered thinking and behaviour related to that. This is an extreme example of, but the medication is required for your patient. As with all patients who are required to take any kind of mood altering/mental health altering drug...how do you ensure that they do keep taking it and that they're reporting the impact of the drug honestly?? I would imagine that the level of ongoing work would be immense to make sure it continues to do its job. This is from an Australian view, I think the damage they do to their victims, then often the lack of responsibility taken by these offenders the least we can do is give them all Noperv 🤷♀️.
Being from the U.S. I would have to say that I hear very little about chemical castration being used on sex offenders. It was a very hot topic many years ago but as you stated organizations such as the ACLU put up a huge fight against it because it infringed on their 1st amendment rights. I personally feel that from everything I’ve seen and read about sex offenders that both physical and chemical castration does very little to deter them and the over sight in making sure they continue to take the medication once they are released would be next to impossible, not to mention the cost to taxpayers. I personally feel that sexual predators should be given life sentences or put to death due to the horrific destruction they pose to society. This may sound extremely harsh, but when you consider the generational trauma that is created by these types of horrific crimes than it would be a no brainer. Most sex offenders may start out molesting someone close to them but than they eventually go on to abduct, rape, and murder victims that are unknown to them. They prey on the most vulnerable in our society and as a parent I find it extremely sad that my child is not able to walk home from school or to a friend’s house on the same street without having to be constantly supervised for fear of these types of predators. It’s insane that a woman has to feel afraid just to walk a short distance to her car at night. I’m sorry but these types of predators are like rabid dogs which in my opinion cannot be rehabilitated. Because they have such a severe lack of self control I would say the most humane thing would be to euthanize them as we would if our beloved family dog contracted rabies. I have seen hundreds of crime cases where sexual predators commit these horrendous crimes serve 10-15 years maybe 25 if we’re lucky and within 24 hrs of being released they have reoffended. A sex offender here in the U.S. are required to register wherever they are living and cannot live within a certain distance of a school, daycare, etc. However, that’s on a honor system and I constantly see these cases where the offender did not register when they moved and are living across the street in full view of the children attending an elementary school. Ask any loving parent how they would feel about a sex offender’s rights if their child were to be victimized by one and I can guarantee they would all say that these people would be lucky to receive lethal injection as opposed to what that parent would inflict on them.
I don't believe it's against the hypocratic oath. Surely by treating sex offenders this is actually saving them for potential death at the hands of other offenders in prison? Well that's my justification and I'm sticking to it!
A very sensible video (apart from the silly jokes). I think this treatment ought to be MANDATORY for serial abusers and child murderers, and it would also act as a deterrent for others contemplating the same path. But I wouldn't force it on all sex offenders, as some might be redeemable by other means, and we must never forget the large number of prisoners who are victims of false historic rape allegations and unable to prove their innocence. There should also be more help available for paedophiles who know they have these inclinations and want to stop themselves before they harm a child.
The problem is that men who commit these crimes are more likely to have fetishes, and there is a castration fetish that exists, so they might actually get off on the idea! A number of men involved with WPath have this fetish and they are taking decisions about how to best treat children with gender dysphoria. Please look into this...
I do believe chemical castration should be only available to prisoners who volunteer to receive it as condition for their supervised release. Its weight in consideration of if, when, and on what terms that supervised release would be carried out should be very limited and secondary to psychological and criminological assessments. It should also be (as it already is in places) available by request to those who are on supervised release, those who have offended but have not been convicted, and those who have not offended and do not want to offend. After 12-24 months of continuous chemical castration, they should become eligible to receive a surgical castration-again, only those who voluntarily request it, and requiring them to be in full control of their mental faculties and to express the desire consistently over some time, as well as cognisant of the risks and ramifications of the operation. In terms of supervised release, surgical castration should not be considered any more favourably than chemical castration, except for the convenience of no longer needing to go get doses.
Hello! I am a master's student in a forensic psychology program in the U.S. and I am currently studying sex offender treatment. I liked this video but I was hoping to hear more about the potential to increase violence. Sexual assault is an act of power, control, and violence, as well as sexual gratification. If you take away the sexual mechanism, what is the risk of increasing the violence? I've had a hard time finding research on this specific part of the subject.
I understand compulsion, I have struggled my whole adult life with drug addiction, I have hurt my family & friends with my addiction, but emotionally. I have never stolen from people or businesses, even though the temptation was there many times, I controlled myself & paid with my wages or by selling my possessions. My addiction was a big one, heroin & crack & the withdrawal is really nasty , but my conscience wouldn't allow me to hurt people more than I had. I am now 53 & every single day I still want to get high, but don't. So while I totally understand the hold a compulsion has over you, it still comes down to yourself to say no, its wrong. Plus the fact I have no sympathy with sex offenders, so castrate away! (edited for appalling spelling!)
I was in the adolescent unit of a State Hospital in low population state. They had teen sex offenders on our unit. I remember the staff saying that sex offenders were chemically castrated in some countries. Those teens faces turned very white! As a victim of my biological father I can't say that I would be against chemical castration. I had heard that it didn't work well. I heard no treatment for sex abusers worked well. 40% down to 5% works better than I thought. So I am for using it. As long as they are monitored closely. Otherwise they can just stop taking the medication.
I would like to see it used voluntarily for those that feel too impulsive to control themselves. Ideally it would be good to be used with convicted repeat offenders, but I do not trust our judicial system here in the US - lots to get sorted out before a judge has that power. What states in the US is it currently used?
They should offer perv stop for free, and private, so any perverts can get help. Also, give them psychological counseling for free too, so then if they do offend, you can be justified in physical castration for convicted criminals.
Child sexual abusers and victims BOTH come from the very same place. When dealing with abuse you see just two options. Predator and Prey. Which would you choose? Easiest choice is not victim, right? Two choices. There is a third choice. I had to seek outside help to discover this, like everyone else.
Can it be given as a depot injection? I wonder if it would work as a deterrent if it was compulsory for those on the sex register however I doubt it would ever be tested as too expensive for the ongoing treatment/medical care and if it were to work it could potentially mean a loss of money for prisons which they wouldn't want.
how can i bill you for my massage? i believe that castration(chemical or surgical) is helping a patient that needs it. its like taking psychiatric drugs, there are tons of side effects and some ppl claim its even changing their personality, but we take them anyway cause it still benefits us and our quality of life. also the sex offenders(and killers) should get life in prison every time.
Dr. Das: something you might find interesting. my ex fiance of two years was paralysed from the chest down (complete so he could not even get an erection) ... did we have a sex life? sure... a gr8 one for us both. he said since his accident his fantasies in his head made it feel as good as sex used to for him anyways. we still had plenty of other body parts to use and he still had the urge and thought about it... therefore: wouldnt a paedophile still have the same thoughts and other body parts to still abuse people? chemical may be different but im sure surgical wouldnt stop them
Mandatory? No. Voluntary? Absolutely. Reduction in sentence? Well, you'd have to offer some sort of incentive for these guys to grow manboobs & get osteoporosis, now wouldn't you. I live in California, where the State Prison system gives you a day off your sentence for every day served (halftime) for non-violent offenses. Violent offenders, like rapists, have to do 85% of their sentence, & forcible rape carries a sentence of 3/6/8 (low/mid/max). So someone who receives the maximum sentence of 8 years, actually does 6.8 years. If, in exchange for submitting to chemical castration, we reinstated halftime, that would be 4 years. Have them under supervision of a parole officer & a POC doctor, & taking their PervStop diligently for the balance of the sentence (4 more years) & I'd be totally fine with that! I wouldn't offer it as an option to 1st time offenders, as 2 & a half years for forcible rape is lenient enough, & I reckon they ought to at least TRY to curb their deviant behavior on their own, yeah? With America having THE HIGHEST prison population in the entire world (over 2 million individuals incarcerated), we really should be implementing alternative sentencing like this whenever possible. Oh, but wait! Then where would WalMart, Starbucks, Verizon, Victoria's Secret & McDonald's get their slave labor from? ✌🏼
Hi Dr. Das. This idea is a matter of opinion & my opinion is offenders, of any kind should do the time for doing the crime, whether it's this method or longer times in prison. I don't think good people should be exposed to criminals of any kind if possible. I've found most people are confused & pretend not to be. Wishing only the best to you & your family. Peace & spectacular times hopefully await you, love, Janine Smiley🙂😀🤩😍😎☕🍩☕🍪☕🥧☕🍫🍧🍨🍦🍉🍊🍍🍓🥝🥥🆒️❗❕💯
Do you think it would be a good idea to have a place "safe space" for paedophiles to "come out" so that they can seek help and treatment and be monitored BEFORE their behaviour brings them into contact with Police and the criminal system? Sort of a voluntary Alcoholics anonymous but for pre kiddy fiddlers?
I think it depends on the reason of their offense. If they do it because they have hormonal problems and therefore they act out on it, please castrate them. But if they have a normal hormonal balance and they just do it because they have mental problems, don't castrate. If you castrate the latter, you throw them on the streets too soon and they will start again. However, for the first group it can actually be a life safer. For them and the people around them. Should it be voluntarily? Hell no! And I also think that the castration does not have to lesser the sentence either. Just add it to the jail time. In my opinion you have no rights anymore if you do something that you know is wrong. Whether it is rape of a child or grown up, I don't care. What I find shocking is the amount of rape that occur and girls do not press charges. In The Netherlands they did a survey once. They asked boys and men questions about having sex with a girl that says no. 25% of the boys and men thought it wasn't rape (and they also thought it was normal) if you have sex with a drunk girl that or doesn't say anything anymore (passed out) or says no while being drunk. Their defense was that the girls was drunk and didn't remember it anyway. I found that extremely disturbing. And unfortunately the survey was anonymous, so no one could be castrated for saying what they said. They redid the survey and it had the same outcome. So men think different about rape than women, apparently. And it also didn't matter what kind of education they did. They came from all layers of society. But what a shocker. 25% of men. That is a lot. I met men like that. Being really obnoxious and literally getting their hands in my pants. One time my hand went into the guy's pants too. Grabbed his nuts and started to twist them. I asked if he wanted to use them ever again. If so, remove your hand. He laughed. That laugh was short lived. I twisted hard and he ran off so damn fast. Never seen him in that bar ever again. And he lived very close. He was a man that used his "power" of being a photographer against girls. He lured them in with the promise of becoming a model. And he touched them and blackmailed them so he could have sex with them. Yeah, he tried it on me too. But please, I don't want to be a model. Life goes deeper than being just a pretty face. I wanted to study. And I did. He? He was busy having sex with young girls. Age ranged between 14 and 30 years old. Only two ever pressed charges and they we not believed. The man was the elementary school photographer. He was not a dirty man. He just couldn't be. And worst of all, the girls were blamed for it. Maybe they said or did something to make him do what he did. For those, physical castration. Chop it all off. They don't respect others, so why respect them? Disgusting to put my hand in his pants? Yes. But no more disgusting than his dirty hands in my pants. It is a hard subject. I've been raped with a drug. Couldn't remember anything. A friend of mine stayed the night. He saw I came back with a guy. But no proof, nothing. Only years later, after a good amount of sessions with EMDR for other traumas, I started to remember his face. Not what happened, but some before I could remember. But that was 15 years later. Pressing charges was of no use. Humans are vulnerable. And there is no way you can protect yourself against stuff like this. They will always find a way to get their way. Even if you castrate every single man on this planet. It will never stop. But I wonder what form of castration do you offer women that rape? Men get all the blame. But there are women who rape and cross sexual boundaries in a criminal way. Not only with children, but even with grown men. You can castrate them with a drug, but that usually doesn't work. Even though their crimes are sexually motivated, they don't respond to chemical castration. At least, not as well as men. Since the drug they use for chemical castration is the same as women use as anticonception ... (Depo Provera, for instance). And some women say their sex drive goes down a bit. But most women don't have that problem at all. So I wonder how you deal with that female problem.
You were on 🔥 🔥 🔥 on this one! Regular 🤣🤣🤣riot! Mandatory? No. Voluntary? Absolutely! Reduced sentence? Well, there would have to be some sort of incentive to get these dudes to grow manboobs & have hot flashes, wouldn't there? I live in Califirnia, where, in the State Prison system, you already earn a day's credit for every day served in what's called "good time/work time" so long as you've never been convicted of a violent crime. Rape is a violent crime, so you'd have to serve 85% of your sentence I dunno, I suppose half-time sentencing could be restored if someone were to undergo chemical castration, so long as they had to remain under the supervision of a parole officer for the remainder of their sentence. Forcible rape here in Cali is 3/6/8, so let's say you get the max sentence of 8 years. Currently, you would do 85%: 6.8 years of that. Restore half-time for those willing to undergo chemical castration, & they would do 4 years, plus an additional 2.8 supervised parole, including a weekly POC doctor's appointment, & name on the sex offenders list. Yeah, I'd be comfortable with that ✌🏼
Isn't there an argument for chemical castration being beneficial to the sex offender by curbing their behaviour that must lead to distressing outcomes? Some of them I guess don't get distressed unless they are caught so maybe those wouldn't say it was ever beneficial to them and was just harmful to them. But I hope that there's a category of sex offenders who want to stop what they are doing, or am I being naive? Edit: by distressing outcomes I was wondering if there are sex offenders who do terrible things and can't stop themselves but understand that their selfish behaviour will never be excused and they will be forever condemned if they are caught. Surely they would welcome chemical castration? Or again, am I being stupid and naive?
Could it be that it's more humane for the offender and the victims that they take them out back and put them out of their misery with a .38 slug? It's not the most woke or PC idea but it they have been caught red handed multiple times then maybe eliminating the risk is the best answer. FYI, I don't agree with this assumption but I do like to exercise my critical thinking abilities and pose a question that is not easy to answer and see what happens.
😂 I don't know what kind of dinner parties you go to but the dinner parties I go to we've never had the topic of pedophilia. If I'm asked what should happen to rapists and child molesters I say just chop it off if it's a guy and if a woman cut off their hands. I have zero tolerance for ppl who commit these crimes especially if it's with a minor. Harsh? Maybe but if anyone is seriously thinking this is harsh then perhaps they need to take a closer look at themselves.
I'm all for weakening those bones as they weaken those scary criminal boners. My biggest fear is the use of objects when the criminal's body won't comply, but if the medicine diminishes the drive, then that's a bonus. I agree about the victim's needs and prote room trumping the rights of a vicious criminal. Maybe, redefine use of this drug as harm. I would say u that if a doctor can prescribe a drug to keep a criminal from committing a horrendous violent crime, then the doctor is being helpful, not breaking Hippocratic Oath, but I'm no philosopher.
I think that surgical castration would be a better form of treatment because you don't have to worry about the offenders taking the medication or the side effects which makes it more ethical and probably cost less money as well
Yes surgical caste is worse because its more than just menopause...it's pain and discomfort from the cuts. But even chemical can cause burning..

Interesting questions, hope you get an answer as I would now like to know.
Very good questions
PubMed is your best bet for any studies on gandrontropic and luteinising hormone agonists, as there are many veterinary studies on animals - dogs, bulls etc., of many different ages, including younger animals.

So is this for men only or women too??? There is a scary increase in female offenders.
I've heard that too but it's highly effective in most people.
A short documentary of how horses were gelded, without anaesthetic is here: ruclips.net/video/nUvcWnpXicQ/видео.html
chemical castration doesnt work. neither does physical. its a mental thing. a power/control thing.

I concur with the use of this type of castration. Better than using 2 house bricks on the offender’s “Crown Jewels”. Working with victims of these people really does give one a “reality check” on the depths of depravity of some offenders.

Great video, very educational.

I'd like the right to eradicate all liars and bullies and psychopaths.
Yes to chemical castration, no to early release. They're in jail because they sexually assaulted someone.
Love your videos and sense of humour👍
I 100% agree with the judge you mentioned.
Chemical castration initially but for repeat offenders physical castration.
Paedophilia and rape statistics are off the scale high, a firm message needs to be sent to those predators, can't think of any other viable solutions.
Beatrix Thundersnatch was phenomenal in his role as Alan Turing.
This is from an Australian view, I think the damage they do to their victims, then often the lack of responsibility taken by these offenders the least we can do is give them all Noperv 🤷♀️.
this American agrees with you!!
What about the victims rights? It seems the victim suffers a second time. In court.
Sadly in the UK our courts seem to be very lenient with SOs, particularly p**dophiles
It is usually Lower Level offenders who qualify. Most offenders have multiple offenses and cannot qualify.
Why did I automatically say, “Russia,” and why was I correct?
I don't believe it's against the hypocratic oath. Surely by treating sex offenders this is actually saving them for potential death at the hands of other offenders in prison? Well that's my justification and I'm sticking to it!
Yes surgical caste is worse because its more than just menopause...it's pain and discomfort from the cuts. But even chemical can cause burning.
Love the suggested alternative medication name😂
What is they use estrogen instead of chemical castration will it work to??
How will affect and further???
Just use what they use on sheep.
Just give them the death penalty…the victims lives are scared forever
I'm a bit in love with you. can't wait to read your book
What about a treatment for Narcissism, an ego lobotomy???? Or can they be infected with empathy??
Chops their hands off.........too much????
There are several movies made about Touring
Child sexual abusers and victims BOTH come from the very same place. When dealing with abuse you see just two options. Predator and Prey. Which would you choose? Easiest choice is not victim, right? Two choices. There is a third choice. I had to seek outside help to discover this, like everyone else.
Can it be given as a depot injection? I wonder if it would work as a deterrent if it was compulsory for those on the sex register however I doubt it would ever be tested as too expensive for the ongoing treatment/medical care and if it were to work it could potentially mean a loss of money for prisons which they wouldn't want.
They're castrating children with these same drugs, I honestly don't see the ethical issue with it, bearing this in mind, if the offender agrees to it.
how can i bill you for my massage? i believe that castration(chemical or surgical) is helping a patient that needs it. its like taking psychiatric drugs, there are tons of side effects and some ppl claim its even changing their personality, but we take them anyway cause it still benefits us and our quality of life. also the sex offenders(and killers) should get life in prison every time.
Antidepressants?

This is pretty much the same process as transitioning trans women, but the testosterone is replaced with estrogen.
Chemical castration is used on children under gender affirming care in hospitals. Like Texas Children’s hospital.
Thank you, I will get better
The little white loin joins us today YaY
Could it be that it's more humane for the offender and the victims that they take them out back and put them out of their misery with a .38 slug? It's not the most woke or PC idea but it they have been caught red handed multiple times then maybe eliminating the risk is the best answer.
FYI, I don't agree with this assumption but I do like to exercise my critical thinking abilities and pose a question that is not easy to answer and see what happens.
nice video, tenable thumbnail though. not enough clicks
