- A pilot repeatedly attempts to land on unassigned runways during my shift as air traffic controller in FSX multiplayer. I resort to opening both ends of the runway simultaneously. Enjoy.

To the guy (and anyone) unable to identify runways, take the runway nr (27L for example). Now add a 0 at the end of the number (so 270). Now subtract 180 degrees and you have the heading of the runway (090). If you end up with a negative number, then add 180 degrees instead (so 10L = 010 = 190 degrees). In case of bigger airports there could be multiple parallel runways. In that case, L = the Left most one, C = the Middle one, and R = the Right hand one.

I did something similar to that when I was in high school in 1996. My friend Brian had a CB radio in his 1984 Ford Thunderbird Élan, as five of us were going on a long trip. So we took my 1987 Mercury Sable sleeper with a Dodge Viper 8.0 liter, 400 HP V10 engine and upgraded 6-speed manual transmission built by my wealthy uncle's production stock race car crew. I was a driver for his team for about a year until I joined the Army. Chris brought his tape recorder, because we recorded every get-together we ever had since 7th grade. We put the CB radio in my car, and we were talking to truckers, giving them a hard time, especially this lady that had the worst attitude ever, and seemed to be going on a mild road rage binge, screaming at other drivers and us! So we let her have it with the worst insults a group of five 17 year olds could come up with. I had a cassette tape of Adam Sandler's "What The Hell Happened To Me," which had a skit about five young friends on a road trip. But the driver kept kicking each of his friends out of the car and leaving them stranded on the road, each time they claimed to do some kind of sick sexual act with a 60 year old man. Very perverted. At the end of the skit, the driver says, "My God, they were all crazy! - - - What's that?! Oh my God! AAAAAHHHH!" He sees a cow in the middle of the road, slams on the brakes and hits the cow, causing a horrible wreck. As some of my friends were talking nicely to a few other truckers on a new channel, I put this tape in my car's tape deck, and found the part with the wreck. I told my friends to be quiet for a moment. I took the radio receiver, pressed the button, held it up to the radio speaker and played it... "What's that?! OH MY GOD!! AAAAAHHHHH!" and then the horrible wreck played!! Then I released the reciever button and put the receiver back on the hook. My friends were completely shocked to the point where funny deserved respectful silence for its genius!... But the laughter got even crazier than I thought it could be when we heard a trucker's voice over the radio, as seriously terrified as humanly possible, "Are you guys OK!? OH MY GOD!" We shook the car because we were laughing so hard. I almost lost control of my car, but thanks to my Pirelli tires, we had plenty of grip. One of my friends said, "That's the funniest shit we've ever recorded in 6 years!" We kept laughing as all the truckers kept talking our wreck, trying to find us in a horrible panic. Then the mean bitch from the first channel came on, and heard about the wreck. She recognized the call sign names we used, and she said, "Deserves those assholes right! They were insulting me worse than I ever have been in my whole damn life!" The other trucker said, "Well, we know you pretty well, and if they said some nasty shit about you, you definitely deserve it!" We laughed like hyenas for 2 hours straight. I actually had to pull the car over so we could calm down. We all woke up from a laughter hangover the next day. We had not been drinking or smoking anything that day. It's just my creative comedy insanity. Like I always say for my music parody band, "Every once in a while, I have a 'Diseased Minds' moment!" I'm a real sick bastard who always says, "Sarcasm: It Works."

@RuleofVicus I didn't copy that story. That really happened to me. Don't get me started on the shit we used to pull in McDonalds drive-thrus. Tough, I'll tell you anyway. We would order $200 worth of food and taking off, not being seen, and watching the person behind us being given dozens of bags of food they didn't order, then losing their minds and temper. Then there was the empty car trick. No special effects... We'd put the car in neutral, then push it forward and hide behind the car. I'd do cartoon voices too. Mickey Mouse, Goofy, The Wicked Witch From The West, Homer Simpson, Cookie Monster and The Jackalope from Dave Coulier's "America's Funniest People," which was a spin-off from "America's Funniest Home Videos" with his "Full House" co-star, Bob Saget. In the words of my friend, Dan, "Naughty. N-O-T-Y, naughty."

9:27 Take note that the "Emergency Aircraft" is stalling with the spoilers deployed. Also note that aircraft nowadays, and for a while, have been designed to fly with only one engine, as well as take off with one engine. So him losing an engine on takeoff isn't that deadly. Having the spoilers deployed, however, is.

it's better when he's doing tower than when he's flying cuz he himself usually behaves as a pilot but when he's atc with randos noone else is really trying to be professional so it's like herding cats
