Red alligaotor clip in the charger go to positive terminal of battery witch is 42v and the negative terminal is .black go to -C or -P of BMS. The 2 clilp in bms the red is positive end of positive in the charger. The black is -negative of bms
Hello, Does what you do in the video unlock the BMS after, for example, replacing the cells in the PowerPack with new ones and disconnecting the BMS from the power supply (which causes the BMS to lock up)?

Not tatal lock up the bms it is cause by safety features of bms when the others cells became defective.

Sometimes but there is a case that bms no voltage out bcoz it become defective for any reason like wear and tear

So need to full charge the batt. Before to build or else the bms is damage. What is the voltage of each cell. From #1 to #10
some cells had 3.6V, some 3.7V and still others 3.9V or 4.1V

@@RemigiuszSzmyt check the charger port. And bms wire if there is lose connection. Sime mosfet cut off. Check mosfet diode check.
Before replacing the cells, everything worked, or could replacing the cells damage something?
