Really a great post. Maybe you have a tip for the monitoring agents, if the Log Analytics Workspace and the VM's are not in the same Resource Group, I always get the error message that the VM's are not found? Thx Claus

I have been trying to troubleshoot it. and the first public repo "the ARM-wvd-templates/nestedtemplates is failing. and if i go manually i am getting an error 400 invalid request. and I cannot find any information on where are those ARM templates? thanks Travis many blessings.

Is it must to have an hostpool during deployment? I am deploying an avd in some place and trying to register it in an another RG hostpool.
