Important to note that if you are like me and have switched between playing on mobile and PC, you can link your google play account to your Bethesda account. Every time I sign into Legends on mobile it does say "welcome back " Don't remember how, or if that option is still available, to those who may be caught in the in between of only playing on one platform and not the other.
