I tried AirPods Pro mainly with Fortnite and GTA and they seem to sound quite muffled compared to my previous Beats, idk if that’s how they’re meant to sound or my pair is faulty

When you turn on the loudness equalization the AirPods 3 are actually amazing
but I have a question. Can they be used with the microphone option, how would it be for Warzone? or they only serve to listen to sound. They don't work for microphone
OK so you need to disable the microphone in the Recordings tab only the Headset is showed up in the Recording tab for the airpods disable it and it will work on any game.You dont need to disable anything in Playback but if you want to remove the hole option for the Headset in the volume chooser on the bottom right of the windows you can disable the Headset in the playback section and it will be gone.

what i noticed is that there is a delay in audio bcoz of the wireless feature. It can sometimes mean life and death
100% I bought a really big antenna for my pc, and it’s made the connection basically perfect for my usage.

what is the latency like? especially during competitive gaming? does an action happen then a second later you hear the audio?
i didnt notice any audio latency, but i did have issues with stuttering (while playing music while gaming) and at time the airpods would go out completely. However I hadnt tried the tips he gave about disabling the phone audio

Mine connect but no sound
For Some reason when i enter a game like BF 2042 i get no sound on from the Headset i get old school sterio like sound but the normal Headphones dont work in game.

how come when i join a discord call or open valorant my airpods stop working. The moment i close valorant and leave the discord call it works again. I'm very confused

I use the one built into my motherboard. Plug this dongle to the front of your pc, or whoever end of the pc is closer to you!

Are you on windows 10 or 11? If you’re on 10, my recommendation would be to remove the AirPods and try again. If windows 11, then I’d have to get back to you as that OS is a tad wonky

Audio sounds so bad with AirPods. I just bought a gaming pc and that’s the first thing I noticed. I bought a 50 dollar headset which is coming soon but I just hope the audio is better.

I have a problem, i'm playing Rainbow Six Siege with the airpod, in the menu the sound is fine, but as soon as I go to a ranked game there is NO sound, i mean absolute silence.
I’m not an avid r6 player, check if this is an issue people face in general with headsets. You can also check your in the playback devices and see if the AirPods are the default and currently in use. Super odd, it could be a game issue too. Gl figuring it out!

ive spent hours looking for a dongle or transmitter i can use that will reduce the latency for airpods and pc.. cant find anything. its driving me crazy. i have much better headphones and iems but when it comes to comfort the airpods blow them out of the water. but the latency make them unusable esp for FPS. even with a bluetooth 5.2 transmitter on my motherboard.
yah they sound and fit great, but theyre useless in any extended session
@@ffflymedia sooooo i found if you purchase the magic pods app on windows they have a ultra low latency mode and it actually works extremely well. And the app has a bunch of other dope features. Plus the low latency mode actually added almost two hours to battery. With transparent mode on and amplification at about 25% I also made them sound much better using the steel series Sonar equalizer. Highly recommend.
What about the lantency? Is it not a big problem?

spatial audio isnt working for warzone any help?
From my experience spatial audio does not work on pc
Am I the only one that once got the airpods connected to windows, it goes OK until like 5 seconds when the bluetooth connection starts sort of stuttering and connection starts to behave weird, like the music cuts and is not 100% stable? Is it my bluetooth device? Is it configurable? If someone know how to fix this or has this problem please let me know

@@matiheilenkotter7169 I connected and use my airpods pro with my laptop before and it’s working completely fine but for desktop pc it just wont work. They’re both in window10 tho

I did this and now my mic doesn’t work for my phone I have tried everything and now I can’t use transparency or noice cancellation
Your airpods might be fake… you can always reset your airpods by holding down the button and reconnecting it with your phone.

I have a friend who plays a lot of competitive Valorant and loves using AirPods, so you’re not the only one! It’s def a really underrated use case of AirPods.

No, it will not work. This will make the AirPods function ONLY as wireless earbuds. You will need a dedicated mic.

@@F.R.33 the mic is the reason why it sounds bad. The AirPods go into their call mode which makes them sound bad. Try it out for yourself.

Gamer today uses discord for communication, mic is also used. It doesn’t make sense to use another dedicated mic. This is still the same problem since airpods gen 1. Nothing improved.
Why don’t you just use another tws? You could get better gaming headset with the same price.

valid take, I do sometimes, my delay isnt as awful as I bought a proper Bluetooth reciever. My friend mainly plays with gen 1 airpods so different strokes for different folks
