Just made this cake for my son’s 7th birthday. A massive hit! Used a chocolate orange ganache in the centre and orange extract in the frosting. Delicious. Tutorial was really easy to follow.
I made this cake without the tail and added a "B" for the Cincinnati Bengals for my son's 10th birthday!! It turned out perfect! I wish I could post a pic to show you! Thank you so much for your tutorial, there is no way I could have made it without you!!! I posted it on your fb pics. :-}
