I'm thinking something like this, but I wouldn't have run the large power leads through the board. Also, the way it's set up, the main 1/2 connected battery leads serve no use because the full current is still running through the balance leads and the board. I would have kept the main power lead separate and connected it in series with the main battery leads.
You should be able to use a parallel board with this charger, just be careful and know how to use parallel charge boards safely. The Toothstor charges anything with a standard 2s balance lead. So 2S a battery with an XT30 and 2s balance lead should work.
