Everyday is CHEAT DAY for Alan Ritchson

- Опубликовано: 22 июн 2023
- Alan Ritchson gained 35 lbs of lean muscle for the Jack Reacher TV series, and looks even bigger in recent Instagram posts. But he says he eats what he wants with some moderation.
He says "if your lifestyle is one of health and fitness, then everyday can become a cheat day".
He claims that he is able to do this by working out for 30-45 minutes per day, 5 days per week, and this allows him to eat pizza, cookies and ice cream.

He wasn't natural before Reacher Season 1. Men go on TRT because of prior steroid use.

It is what it is....what you want costs no matter what. Do what's you.❤
@SidiPoint what?
Even admitting he's on TRT is far more honest than most of these celebs.

True. Everybody is always like , 'lots of chicken and broccoli'. Hahaha
yeah hes the man reacher was epic man. And he was hilarious in BMS, dudes got major range haha
Steroids are illegal, no one can admit they take them. People that use/sell roids get arrested if caught with them.
Its becoming a norm to say it now, before it would be harmful to the brand. The reason actors dont say it is because it would hurt their brand. Most people dont have the correct view of test.
The fact he admitted to using test makes him more honest than any gym influencer or celeb

@Boryte no, bullshit. Youre just making excuses for him. Literally everyone is starting to admit to being on trt now. As if its "normal" and it's not like steroids. None of these guys are showing you how much they take but its clearly a lot in order to build that kind of muscle.
@@vinnyholiday9739 I'm just saying you can actually build a lot of muscle as an elite natty. Idk for him but I personally back then when I was very passionate about working out and strength training I was 100kg at 188cm. At around 15% bf. I was pretty big, not as lean or dry as him but that could be because of also my genes.

Can you be absolutely jacked and completely shredded like this guy eating junk food pretty regularly and working out 5 days a week for 30-40 minutes? Unless you have the holy grail of genetics, hell no.
i used to play basketball for 4 hours a day everyday. I could drink as much sugary drinks, eat as much carbs and fats as i wanted, and i still had my abs then. hes not wrong.
@@johnyio4225 Lol 4 hours of cardio per day is a HELL of a lot different than doing weights 30-45 minutes 5 days a week. You're talking about 28 hours a week of cardio vs a little less than 4 hours of weight training. Gigantic difference.
Yeah I don’t know how people can’t grasp this. You can eat basically whatever you want if you’re getting in the right amount of protein and staying within your calorie range. I’ve been accused of taking steroids by some of my friends before because they would see me eat junk food everyday and say it wasn’t possible to do that and still have my physique without gear but even though I was eating some sweets I was also consistently staying within my calorie goal and getting 180+ grams of protein a day.

@@rorigillmore141 The most likely reason he is on TRT now is that he no longer produces his own endogenous testosterone because he took it from exogenous sources before. This is pretty common in retired bodybuilders and athletes that took exogenous hormones during their careers. Problem is a lot of guys have a low testosterone problem, but there's so many a-holes that want to keep saying to these guys "yeah you're still cheating, you're on steroids". I was obese all throughout high school, then I lost a considerable amount of wait and looked anorexic so my father had me start lifting weights because he was worried I was losing too much weight. he uses more you newb
He earned more respect just by admitting he's not natural.
He said it in another interview people will often go work out for 2 hours and waste an hour sitting around doing nothing vs 45 minutes of high intensity.
What a boss, I admire that he's open about steroids. That's a class act
Get this man a Batman suit
That's what I'm saying! They need to make him a brunette, dye his hair/eyebrows, but holy shit, he would make an _amazing_ batman!
Def could've been shazam
He has been Aquaman and should be again.
Bro come on he's too big to be batman.
@@dragonnuma9965so superman? 😂
I'm glad he mentioned TRT helps at the end because I was about to comment something different.
we're one zombie apocalypse away from seeing all these young dudes on test shriveling up because their bodies no longer produce it... lol
I totally respect that he came out and said he uses TRT. About time a celebrity says the truth
except hes lying, its always "im on TRT" but it really isn't, hes blasting hard, you can tell if you look at his skin, he looks dry as fuck, that's indicative of heavy steroid use not trt
well he did.. But he also did it in a very, very big lie. 30 pounds of muscle in 8 months, where he claimed he was natural, just aint happening. just admit it fully... There's few who will.
Honest and refreshing. I like him even more now.
Honest 😂 How about that Tren within his diet
@@Glorifikatushe literally said test helps
@@GlorifikatusHe literally said he takes steroids. Check yourself 😂
he's 100% on HGH, TRT, steroids, etc.
no doubt he works out a lot, and works out hard, and probably leans up a couple months before shooting (like Jackman did in Wolverine)... but he's on so much gear and for him and other actors to say "i'm not on X, or i'm only on Y" is dishonest
@@CasClips129he said he was natural until after season 1 of reacher.... So he clearly lied lmao
Thank God for honesty I'm 65 yrs old been working out for 10 years and I eat what ever i want and still build muscle its all about how much work you put into the gym
