Brilliant watch, packed with different jobs and no owl BS. I’ll be tackling our Yamaha’s brakes myself after watching this. Top marks to you sir always learning something new👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I love watching the ebb and flow of nature on your farm and the ways your focus adapts to the changes as you do the chores and the maintenance. It may sound silly, but I find it like a beautiful piece of music played by an orchestra. Yeah-pretty sappy 😉.
Ur an all round man adrian.is there anything u can't fix or make.brillant video as always .straight to the point and no bullolgy.keep up the great work.hope all the family are well.
Interesting video again Adrian, calfs and heifers look very well, surprising the difference 3 months shows on different size calfs, good to see you have plenty of grass.
Crows are very territorial. We used to run a crow trap near lambs and bales. The bait was another crow from the far side of the county. Without fail the local crows would come down to fight with it and get trapped.
Great video Adrian can I give you a little tip? Before you push the piston back in on the quad or any vehicle lift the rubber back and put a bit of spray oil onto the piston will help keep it from seizing up in future. 👍🏻
@@IFarmWeFarm yeah they are very bad for rusting up alright WD 40 works wonders great video again keep up the good work won’t be long now till Girls are in for the winter ❄️ 👍🏻
A pick mix Adrian but of great intrest .. tis like going on a farm walk keep your eyes open 👀 and your bound to see something so simple but effective and wonder why didn't I think of that myself good stuff sir 👍
Very informative as usual Adrian, I agree with the bracket job on the quad, for the money you would think they would supply a bracket, I see some one has already said about a mat under the Tank they rub through so easily, you must of had some rain we have not had as much as that, as always very enjoyable thank you for sharing and good luck to you and the family
Cheers lad, ya we have a site of rain earlier in the week. Last Saturday night was unbelievable here and the whole Sunday after. I heard some parts down the country had very little. Hard to believe it with what we got here
Just a suggestion adrian put an old cow mat or conveyor belt under the tank . I've seen a tank with a hole in it from vibrations and moving around slightly on the quad rear frame .they all move a little bit no matter how tight you have them clamped down
Just have to be real careful it wouldn’t restrict the air flow John, 90 degree turn would be very risky on a 500cc engine. It’s a good idea if it worked though 👍
Crows aren't displaying mating behavior at this time of the year, but if they have young still fresh out of the nest, they will punish anyone or anything that gets too near them. They will also thrash any other bird that finds their stashes of "tasties," kind of like how you'd feel if someone found your secret bag of Werthers.
Great video Adrian, thank you for sharing. Regarding the sprayer bar,if you were to drop it below the exhaust would that be any better or would it be too low? I'd certainly sooner have it low rather than too high and having drift. Heifers look in great condition. 👌
Adrian…. I think every one of your videos should also have a nice few moments of footage featuring your nice Massey-Ferguson tractors. Just a few moments of at least one of them to satisfy the MF lovers out here. 😎 that is how I found your channel in RUclips a long while ago. Stay Safe, and thank you for your efforts! 👍🏻
I’ll have to look that up, never heard of the stuff till it was suggested to me. Ringworm turned black the next day so will be interesting to see what happens
@@IFarmWeFarm you’ll have to check there site out TEC TV I think it’s father and son pair there hoof trimmers that they paint it on it’s like thin ish bluey jell that they use for dermatitis. Good luck with it.

Great video Adrian. A filter vise grips is great to push back them pistons 👍. The stuff u used for ringworm can that be used on dogs? If so what was the name of it again thanks 👍.
Commenting on the last video Do you know u can get a share grab that can take the plastic off as well that might be a better investment u wouldn’t have to take the share grab off. I have 1 it very handy.
Depends on the quad and tyre lad, keep them very low. Most people like myself would ya e had them to hard at times as that left the steering easier to turn but that’s wrong. I’ve about 8 psi in mine as the tyres are thick walled. Makes a big difference with grip and comfort.
@@IFarmWeFarm yeah I seen a safety demonstration at tullamore show and they had them at 5psi to get as much wheel surface on the ground as possible for grip but obviously the steering can be very heavy

Perhaps it‘s good you didn‘t make those latches on the wall. Now you exactly know where to put them. When you first build it, you would have probably put them on the wrong spots.

Big difference in the size of those calves. Thank you for sharing.🐄🐄
Yes they’ve grow well, last years were much bigger and more even in size due to there age, but I’m happy considering all that. Cheers Randy

They are for sure Terry, there not a nice thing around young lambs. There numbers seem to have increased 10 fold in the last few years

Great video, regarding your holding pen gate behind the crush, a spring loaded latch, and plenty holes in the wall would be a great job!
And another advantage would be that there would be nothing for the animals to bang against and possibly cause injury.
Very good idea, I had though of that original, like a non return push and hatch type system would be handy

Worth looking into either through manufacturers or Amazon but you may be able to convert drum brakes to disc on other quad .
You can but it’s hardly worth the hassle or expensive Dale, you couldn’t really tell the difference on a light quad like that.
Great video Adrian, thank you for sharing.
Regarding the sprayer bar,if you were to drop it below the exhaust would that be any better or would it be too low?
I'd certainly sooner have it low rather than too high and having drift.

Might be a bit restrictive then lad is what I’d worry about, ya definitely keeping it low is the way to go. “ no poetry intended “ 🤣
It would be nice to mount the sprayer on the te20👍

,an you should spray wd40 in under the rubber on caliper helps to take dustout an keep all freed up
general height for the boom is the gap the nozzels are is height above the crop !!!! hows that then , love all the videos >>>>>>

I would like a video that has your dad in it
Hopefully one day, he wouldn’t be a man for cameras 🫣.
You can lower the boom on the quad as well.
You can yes but it tends to get caught easy if it’s put any lower on this one

I think there’s a few companies that do them Josh, just wouldn’t know for sure of hand. Tanco I think is one of them
Did you ever do brakes on I for William trailer. I have to do mine and general tidying up lights
Yes I gave done a few, very simple shoes to do. Just take a few photos before you remove the two springs.
What makes your clippers Adrian?
Clipsters Philip, been very good so fare. Done all the cattle last year with them, very light compared to the Liscop we have
What's the name of the gel u used for the ringworm, national nutrition have a powder that goes on theeal
