THIS IS MY LOVE LETTER to Gendarran Fields - a chronicle of places, people, and events as encountered during a full day’s journey. One day, when Tyria has disappeared into the Mists for all eternity, I hope my account will remain as a memorial of days great and incomparable.
I set out from Vigil Keep with a reminder that freedom has its price - and concluded my trek with the terrific battle of Nebo Terrace, where said freedom faced the storm of war. In between I encountered the beautiful, the fun, the serene - much but far from all that can be found in this diverse and exciting part of the world.
Well met in Tyria, friends!

Absolutely beautiful trek ❤. Thanks for sharing xx
This is truly an ART. LOVE your work.
Well-done, beautifully captured !
Really cool video! love it
Incredible video. As a big Guild wars 2 fan, this is a gift to behold. Thank you Semilegendary Treks.
I'm happy you liked it! I feel like I am the one who should be thankful, though. The response to this video has been beyond what I ever expected ☺
Your comment in the description is exactly why I take screenshots and tell stories of my characters. It's sad to think one day I'll never log in and see them again, but at least I'll always have the memories, screenshots, and videos ♥ This is inspiring me to try making a video on my favorite maps and places, you did such a fantastic job!
Thank you so much for appreciating this video and yes - I feel just like you do. My characters (and this little asura in particular) take on a life of their own and will always be a part of me. I'd love to see your video when it's done!!
i really appreciate this content, watching this drinking coffee, feeling relax,. thank you for this
Happy you enjoyed it, and ye that's how I envision one would watch my videos: sipping tea or coffee, just relaxing and feeling comfortable :)
Loved the ride. Thank you
Glad you came along!
This is such a masterpiece, how did I miss your channel before 😭 I can't imagine how much time it took to create such a beautiful and inspiring work. I'm sad we didn't get the chance to pay respect to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in the settlement, but this is still an amazing trek. Thank you for writing this love letter and sharing your journey with us!!
So happy you accompanied me on my trek :) Yes, it took some time and patience to make this video but I had a vision I just couldn't let go of. Sharing my journeys so that others may join is one reason for starting this channel, my love for the game another. And it's always a hard choice to pick what to cover in a trek, but who knows. One day I might return and look for more wondrous things...
Fantastic! More maps, please?
There will be more maps :)
A very enjoyable chronicle! but but but... those benign swashbucklers did not tell you of a not so secret Aetherblade hideout just south of their happy li'l camp? rumor has it the perils of that cave-like dungeon far exceed those posed by the centaurs... maybe when you come back by Gendarran Fields some day...
Glad you enjoyed it! Alas, I did not speak to the swashbucklers. Should I return one day I'll certainly question them about the Aetherblades and complement my chronicles with their information.
Awesome ! :)
Thanks!! :D
This is amazing! I just discovered your channel... I know what I'm going to binge in the coming days :D
Thank you so much! Hope you'll enjoy my other treks and adventures as well and let me know what you think of them :)
What a lovely letter, thank you for sharing. I enjoyed it, great to see there is more than all the hypes and fast content you find here.
So glad you liked it!
Thisis fantastic, thank you very much! I look forward to seeing more of your creations!
How did you get the camera to flyover and handle so freely?
I'm happy you liked it :) As for the camerawork, it has taken a bit of trial and error and tinkering to find out what I could do or not with the limitations of the game. The flyovers are done by me or my friend Parvati gliding in first person view. And yes, more treks are coming!
